If you are a decent family and want a peaceful place to stay. I DO NOT recommend this. It was terrifying experience for me, as I entered junkie ( unhoused man) approached us for a pack of cigarettes and insisted us to give him a ride so he can buy those. We were not feeling safe by his approach so we told him we will go and buy it for him, just so he doesn't bother or harm us in future. But he insisted and we couldn't run as it was midnight time. And even reception staff was less bothered and unwelcoming. We didn't feel safe around the vicinity, so we left the motel and checked in somewhere safe. !!! NOT RECOMMENDED !!!

The property needs full renovation

Not the place you want to take your kids, or spouse or anyone for that matter. Pulled in, and multiple ppl standing outside all the motel rooms, with shopping carts, dirty everywhere, a pile of old disgusting mattresses, and plenty of questionable looking people. I did not feel safe to get out of the vehicle. I returned to the front office and said I would not be staying, he said I would get a refund which they then rejected the next day and would not give my money back. Lesson learned, read the reviews, they are all accurate. The photos I have are not family friendly which go against the rules.

I was so Disappointed this Room conditions.

Bed bugs everywhere in the room. Urine on the toilet seat. I checked in then checked out right away. I asked for a refund for the remainder of my stay and they said no. I told them there are bed bugs in my unit and they said sorry. I left without a fight.

Never again, i was afraid to take a shower , I thought I would get dirty.

We checked in, went to our room and immediately started looking for a different place to go, we weren't even there an hour 😑

This property is an absolute nightmare. Kindly keep swiping to other properties.

Enfuyez-vous ! Première fois que je vois dans ma vie une chambre comme ça et je vous jure je se suis pas compliqué pour rester à une place! Frigo sale, chambre avec un odeur insupportable, draps avec des trous, toilette et douches SALES (des traces anciennes d'un diarrhée sur le couvre toilet), mures et plancher en extremment mauvais état: humidité, peinture arrachée à certains places... je n'ai pas pu rester, j'ai quitté tout suit même en perdant mon argent et j'ai cherché ailleurs.

I chose this place for the price, but did not read reviews beforehand... My bad. Spend a bit more and go somewhere better. This place is run down, does not look like the photos. It smells like piss and smokes in the hallway, cigarette burns on all the furniture, and bedsheets. Broken tiles in the bathroom, bugs crawling around, thin walls, can hear people talking in the next room. The type of place to bring a cheap hooker to. Do not go here.

Avoid this inn, sanitation is poor, room smells terrible. You can hear footsteps and you hear people talking the next room. Heater & AC are antique crazy, peeled off paint, dirty toilet.

The place looks like a Cra*ck place. Wires sticking out of wall sockets, paint peeling, blood syains DO NOT RESERVE! DISGUSTING.

No microwave , shower took forever to warm up, tv no remote control and don't stay on sometimes

Everything was great.

Very bad service and management. I booked this place 4 weeks in advance and paid them, but when i came to property they said my booking was mistakes and they don't have room available. So last minute i have to booked another hotel and paid more to stay over night. Than for refund i have to call Expedia to reaolve my problem.

Avant tout, les images mises sur le site web pour la réservation doivent être changées car elle ne concordent pas du tout avec la réalité. C'est comme quitter du pôle nord pour le pôle sud. Ensuite, aucune instruction ou manuel d'utilisation du climatiseur et donc aucun moyen de savoir si ça marche ou pas, pareil pour le chauffage. Enfin, je remercie les teneurs des lieux pour la propreté de la chambre, et je crois qu'il serait mieux vu de toucher l'extérieur aussi et vers les escaliers pour l'odeur au moins.

I will never recommend Iddlewood Inn to anyone. The hallway leading to the second floor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the floors were dirty. The first room given to us also smelled like cigarettes. We requested another room, but the second room had bed bugs, missing light bulbs, and a broken bathroom doorknob. The lady at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful. We asked for a proof of stay or receipt, but they refused to provide one. We checked out the same day around 11 PM because the conditions were unacceptable, especially since we were traveling as a family with a 6-year-old child and an infant. Despite all these issues, they refused to give us a refund. This place badly needs major renovation and better customer service. It is not suitable for families with children. We stayed in Room 203, and our experience was extremely disappointing. I sincerely hope this review reaches the owner. We are demanding a full refund for this unacceptable stay. Very poor customer service. Do not waste your time and money here.

Property and parking were filthy, cigarette butts lined the curbs. Smoke fumes permeated every where as we climbed an antiquated wooden staircase to the second floor. Doorkobs were damaged as well as doors themselves. No hot water and cold had no force .
