Such a beautiful apartment close to everything. Highly recommend this stay

The room was set up for one person, even though we booked for two. Requests for a second towel were ignored. I found a second pillow with no case and a second duvet with no cover. I hope they wash it all thoroughly. The tap in the bathroom leaked onto the countertop. I don't know where the water ended up. Nothing to dry dishes, aside from the second duvet.

Rent og pent, enkelt å finne frem. Var der i forbindelse med Bergen - Voss, perfekt beliggenhet!

Definitively a stay away place, no support at all. I had to use my friends sofa because the door lock didt work and the owner didn’t care to assist to open it. Even when I called through hotels.com they hang up the phone (the support from Hotels.com was shocked). The apartment is not ligal to stay in as there is no emergency exit. Stay away!

Lå over 2 netter. Dag 1 starter med at jeg ikke har fått mailen med innsjekkingsinfo. Ender opp med at jeg må ringe ett nummer som er oppgitt som kontaktinfo. Det er ett Philpinsk nummer. Når jeg først får kontakt er de behjelpelige med å sende mailen jeg manglet, men det gikk en god stund med venting. Vel inne i leiligheten ser det fint og rent ut. Problem 2 oppstår når jeg prøver å bruke TVen. Den virker ikke og når jeg vipper den ut med stativet faller hele TVen ned fra veggen. Fikk ikke reparert TVen de to nettene jeg var der. Dag to ender opp med att strømmen forsvinner i hele bygget klokken 2100. Den er ikke tilbake før i 0600 tiden. Fint lokale, men totalen blir preget av de tre hendelsene.

Very nice place. Small, but that was expected. Expensive, but that's Norway. Jonas was very responsive. Loved the area. Easy walk to the cruise port.

They clearly do the bare minimum to keep this place at a standard that people would want to stay there. Shower is dirty and water splashes everywhere. One non-fitted sheet with no mattress pad on the bed so you are sleeping on a dirty mattress. TV didn’t work. Scratches on the floor. Came in with a dirty coffee pot. They check in at 4pm and check out at 10am which is already a late check in and an early check out compared to most places and they still messaged saying it would help their team if we checked out earlier. No contact back when we had an issue with the bed. The area is great, but the pictures that have online do not show the true side of how the apartment actually is. I would not go back to this location if I stayed in Bergen again.
