Courteous staff and well maintained property

I am very pleased with the experience. I just want to mention.if you came to Madina by HHR, You can go to the hotel next to the budget office there is a corridor that lead to the hotel indoor. The staff are great from check in to check out. We really enjoyed our stay thank you so much Allah bless you

Hotel is excellent location 👌 only downfall is for Muslims the boundaries of hotel is out of haram.

Marwan the hotel restaurant manager was amazing and treated me like family. Fresh healthy food! Hotel is very clean and smells nice!

Breakfast and dinner were very poor. Although food was available, the quality was extremely disappointing. This is something you can only truly understand after staying here. Additionally, music plays throughout the hotel, which makes it unsuitable for guests visiting Madinah primarily for Masjid Nabawi and a peaceful environment

Poor shower pressure , very very slow Music in restaurant and lifts / corridors despite holy land Requested reception to buy or give me a gift a prayer mat which was in the room , request was never considered Young lads on the reception, not mature or professional staff to deal with problems I wasn’t recognised hilton honours a gold member myself was diamond member before Poor management skills , needs supervision if to run Hilton hotel chains , requires professionalism
