位置很好，离市区和商店都很近。总体来说还不错，就是热水淋浴有点问题。

入住办理快捷方便，员工热情周到，彬彬有礼。

房间超级舒适，宽敞，下次还会再来。

最吸引人的地方是13楼的屋顶。从屋顶上可以欣赏日落和令人惊叹的风景。

When going through the hallway to the room, it felt like the hotel was haunted because the lights along the way were very dim. We stayed in room 518. At night around 3am we heard a knock on the wall. In the bathroom, several times there are scary writings on the mirror. There is also a palm print on the mirror. But anyway the room is very spacious and comfortable. Only the atmosphere of the hotel is a bit creepy with dim lights. The hotel staff are very nice and cooperative.

lokasi,bilik pool semua best...pool memang cntk pemandangan laut dari atas sangat mendamaikan... service kurang 5x call dari check in smpai jam 6pm mtk tukar mini bar tidak sejuk smpai check out mini bar xsejuk mgkn maintenance atau communication kurang...

Proses masuk & keluar bilik bagus dan cepat. Staf komited pada kerja dan polite, Kebetsihan bilik yang bersih dan view yang sangat indah terutama di balkony bilik dan roof top. Cuma mohon pihak pengurusan pastikan aircond di lobby diselenggara kerana agak panas masa menunggu untuk masuk ke bilik. Tapi overall saya berikan 4.5/5 bintang. Hat Off!!

Bilik yang kemas, bersih dan cantik, view dari bilik yang hebat dan rooftop mengagumkan. Proses masuk dan keluar juga cepat. Sarapan juga ok serta banyak pilihan. Cuma di lobi saja aircond tak sejuk. Sementara tunggu bilik siap, anak-anak dah bising panas. Tapi untuk keseluruhan skor saya dapat simpulkan 8.5/10 bintang! Saya pasti akan stay di Goldsand lagi. ❤️

The view outside of the hotel was so-so. BUT the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The room was spacious and big with comfortable beds and pillows. We enjoyed our stay there. The breakfast spread was just OK. Recommended. Definitely will come again.

Don't be fooled by the hotel exterior which might look old and rundown, wait until you see the room condition! I booked the Superior Room which I didn't expect much. Turns out it was way beyond expectation! The room was very spacious, clean and beautifully arranged. Perfect for even long business stays and vacation as well. Breakfast was delicious and had wide selection on the first day (Friday). However on the second day (Saturday), main course section was closed due to low occupancy, so I was asked to order at the counter either Malay (Nasi Lemak) or Western (American Breakfast). I ordered the American Breakfast, but the downside to this was that the main course portion was quite small and I can only order once! Other than that, food was still delicious though.

Recommended susuai gambar saya pesan 1 bet dikasih 2 bet, alasan kamar penuh padahal sepi-sepi aja.

The hotel room is great but the bathing experience is worse as there is no hot water at all, you cannot compensate the room for the water heater as there is barely any hot water to shower. The hotel management said this is how they have been operating as their heater is located at level 13 and any room that is at level 10 and below will not get any hot water due to their system. If you are someone who needs hot water to shower or even warm water to shower please don't book this hotel as you will regret your stay. My 2 year and 5 year got fever as they showered in cold water. One of the worse hotel I've ever stayed.
