Beautiful hotel , very clean, management were very attentive, rooms really cozy , nice view , in the heart of Mexico City , the only issue was that’s it was very loud at night outside if your looking for a quiet place yes this is not the place , we did not get a lot of sleep loud music from near restaurants, locals people working in the middle of the night , it was just very loud , other than that we loved the place .

Our unit was clean upon arrival, however, we had no hot water during our entire 6 days!! There were no bowls or plates but they do provide coffee cups and some silverware. The area is lovely and many museums and cathedrals - Zucolo square are in short walking distance which was a bonus!

El diseño es hermoso, el personal muy atento, me resolvieron mis dudas muy rápido, tienen buena tecnología, las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas, hubo seguimiento de mi estancia y la ubicación es muy práctica para turistas, nos encantó!

Our stay at Casa Filomeno was amazing! I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed it. From an effortless check in, which was 1:00 am, to check out, everything was perfect. Fransisco who worked in reception was incredible. He was always there to help with any of our needs. He went out of his way for us many times. The location was in a very safe and vibrant neighbourhood. The beds were so comfortable, and the suite had everything we needed for our 8 day stay. Also wanted to acknowledge Joanne and Esa who cleaned the rooms, they were always around if we needed any extra supplies. We also enjoyed the deck, and would have our happy hour up there watching the activity on the street. A wonderful hotel to have as a home base to enjoy a wonderful city.

Muy bien lugar para conocer todo el Centro de Ciudad de México. Las habitaciones no son grandes, por lo que dos personas es lo máximo que recomendaría para quedarse en una. Se escucha ruidos de la calle, pero nada que sea alarmante.

The rooms were clean. Perfect place to stay, so much to do around.

Chose the hotel because of the location its in. Walking distance to museums places of interest . We check in i reserved 2 rooms , time to shower my guests never had warm water. Notified staff we will fix never did. Never suggested change of room with all of the utilities, no apologies no solutions. Please, please do not go thete.

Limpio, seguro, confortable

Las instalaciones y la habitación en buenas condiciones. Deficiencias: no hubo agua caliente para bañarse y el pasillo de circulación interior tiene luces que prenden con sensor, pero son insuficientes, es muy oscuro, podrían colocar luces de circulación permanentes. El personal muy, muy amable y atento. La limpieza muy bien. La ubicación es idónea para moverse en el centro histórico. Ojalá pudieran tener espacios con dos camas hoteleres en vez de sofa-cama.
