乾淨、舒適、CP值超高

Great stay! Highly recommend.

横浜中華街の中にあり、立地も良く客室も綺麗。スーツケースも預かってくれるのでとても助かりました。次回の旅行ても、また利用したいと思います。

Great location

Clean room, close to Chinatown. Great amenities.

Very convenient location & easy to find public transport ( train & bus). Good access to nearby areas. Too bad there is scheduled off for 2 hrs. of the hotel that we stay on 1st day. Space is bit small for 4 adults. Amenities are pretty new as they just opened last Nov. As the location is within China town, expect to have little street sound, even in the early morning even though already have the sound proof windows. Staffs are all excellent & helpful + very friendly. Bravo to the staffs!

This hotel is literally in the heart of Chinatown and so dining options are endless. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Sauna area was enjoyable even for kids. Room itself (Superior Twin) was good although I didn’t understand why there was such a big step from the main space and the washroom. Full sized dining table and chairs was probably handy for some guests but takes up a fair bit of space and I wonder how many guests would use it given all the restaurants just steps away. The faucet in our room was loose - not a big deal to secure but surprising it was not flagged by the housekeeping team and repaired prior to our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at a new hotel that is continuing to iron out some operational kinks.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was kind and very accommodating. The rooms were comfortable. The location is perfect. So many places to eat and shop in the area. The train station is nearby. I will be staying here again.

あまり食べたことの無いメニューだったので新鮮でした

Didn’t know they offered airport shuttle. This would have been convenient if we knew as we booked a private car. The hotel was great, we only had a brief stay to refresh between a cruise and flight home. The staff were helpful and the check out process was quick and convenient.

立地もよく、外は賑わっていても部屋は静かでとても落ち着きました。また部屋も十分な広さがあり、ゆったりくつろげました。

ホテルはもちろん客室も洗面台も浴室も水滴も水垢もなく本当に綺麗でした。 照明もセンスが良く可愛くシンプルで素敵なお部屋でした。 寝具やタオルもホテル特有の湿った匂いもなくとても快適に過ごせました。 ミストサウナも暑過ぎずスッキリ整う感じで個室で良かったです。 ただ一つ気になったのは、洗面台とトイレが一緒なので臭いや、トイレ使用時に洗面台を利用できないなど少し不便をかんじました。 お風呂に入った後は換気が不十分なのかトイレと洗面台の下の床が拭かなければ濡れてしまうのも気になりました。 それ以外はコスパも良くとても良かったです。 中華街からも近く良かったです。

Everything was perfect!

客室も綺麗で清潔感があり、新しめでした。4人で一室に泊まれるホテルは中々ないので今後も重宝すると思います。

客室は清潔ですしスタッフの方のご対応も大変心地よかったです！朝食も美味しかった。 中華街のどまんなかなので中華街、みなとみらいへのアクセスがとても良いです！ 一点だけ、部屋の防音が少し弱いようで、廊下にいると部屋からの音が結構漏れていました。

洗面を利用した際に水栓とガラスの間に跳ねた水が溜まっていくのが気になった。前の利用者の唾とかが跳ねていると思うと不潔に感じた。

まだ新しいので清潔です。
