For the price we paid it was definitely not worth it. The room needs some updating, specially the carpet. The bathroom smelled like urine and the refrigerator made loud noises all night long.

Shuttle transport person was less than welcoming. Upon arrival at the hotel he dropped us and our luggage at the front engine the rain. No assistance was offered with our luggage. Carpeting is worn in hallways and not clean. In one hallway a portion of the ceiling had fallen down and was left laying in the middle of the hallway. Breakfast was mediocre. No pancakes or waffles because machines were in-operable as well as the juice dispenser was out of service. For the amount we paid we were very disappointed.

We chose this property because it is close to the airport and has a free shuttle, however the shuttle was full so we had to wait for him to return. We didn’t know that would take about an hour so after waiting for 45 minutes with 2 small children, we decided to take a taxi. The front desk people weren’t very friendly but they did their jobs. The breakfast people were very friendly and kept the food, which was decent, coming. Our room, while somewhat dated, was very clean and comfortable. Bottom line, it was fine for a night. Don’t rely on the shuttle. A taxi is $10 and is much faster.

This hotel is dated. Breakfast ended at 9:00 am and the people still eating had the lights turned off on them. The front desk clerk in the morning was telling people to leave the lobby if they weren’t staying there??? Poor parking situation. The hotel needs some remodeling for sure. Bed was comfortable and at least we could rest up after a long day of travel. Our room was clean.

Huge but old blurry tv with no accurate channel guide. Toilet ran all the time. Juice machine at breakfast broken.

When I walked into the property, the front desk lady was very rude. She didn’t even ask me for any preference and she just Assigned the room. When I checked the room and found mold in the bathroom, front desk was not ready to accept and change my room.

Hotel is outdated. Carpet & furniture not very clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was faulty. Breakfast closes too early at 9am , considering they don’t have any lunch service to operate later. No veg option. Pancake machine didn’t work all 3 days of our stay. No fruit. Front desk was disinterested except for the gentleman (during check-in). They need some training in courteous talk. During checkout when we said “thank you” her reply was “hmm” which was ridiculous! Location is good. Ample parking.

Extremely overpriced for what it is. Very disappointed.

The room was missing a TV remote control, after this was received, the TV was not hooked up to any accessible channels. Also, the coffee maker had 3 cups worth of coffee, but no sweeteners, creamers or stirrers.

Run down, dirty, very uncomfortable.

Flew into anchorage late, so this hotel was convenient and in a safe area to stay the night in before driving a few more hours to my destination the following day.

Room itself was fine. Staff polite but gave us a hard time when we asked for extra pillows. Area around the hotel felt unsafe - would not stay here if I was alone or had young kids.

The front desk staff were beyond rude. Like checking into a prison. Smoke alarm in the room was removed from the ceiling. Place sorely needs an update. Outrageously priced for a $400 a night room. Wyndham is obviously not concerned with their brand image,

Staff was not helpful at check in. No instructions on room location or breakfast times. Confirmation showed noon checkout, staff would not honor that, 11am. Took forever to get 2 more bath towels to support 4 adults. Various breakfast items ran out early. Previous occupant's bar of soap was left in the shower.

A good choice with a really very good value

Front desk Melania did a great job helping us get in and out quickly and w a smile, securing luggage while we went on a tour.

This place felt like an old hotel and not in that charming way. More like in the, I can tell this used to be a Howard Johnson’s in the early 80s kind of way.

Booked many weeks back. Got a room with no bathroom door. Imagine a family of four trying to now get some privacy. Front desk had a standard answer that they had no other rooms or maintenance would come in morning. Pointless for a single night stay. Breakfast place has broken pancake machine and broken juice machine. Separate juice in a jar was just orange juice with lots of water
