We stayed as a group of 11 (2 families with 5 minors and the grandparents) at this property for 10 days. The property and the team are fantastic. The location is right at the lagoon with direct and private access to it. We saw the most impressive sun rises and sun sets. The property is very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. It is also very nicely blended into the surrounding nature which provides a very special setup for relaxing and disconnecting from the daily stress. A special call out goes to Leo the property manager and the rest of the staff. They did everything possible to making sure we would have a great experience. They really add another level of kindness to the entire experience. We will definitively try to stay at this property the next time we come to Bacalar. Definitely recommendable!
