This hotel is right in the heart of one of the busiest and most exciting parts of the city. The location is outstanding, with endless restaurants, shops, attractions, train stations, and bus stops all within walking distance. Many major sights are less than a mile away, and there is even nearby luggage storage for travelers arriving before check-in or departing later in the day. Some rooms are located at street level and open directly onto the sidewalk. The frosted glass provides privacy, and the insulation is excellent—once the doors are closed, very little street noise can be heard. However, these rooms do not have windows that can be opened. The rooms were modern and generally well maintained. Some units even had two bathrooms, which was a great feature for groups. The bathrooms were spacious and updated, though there were a few areas where the paint could use some attention. The in-room washer worked well, but the drying function was not very effective. Because this area is heavily focused on tourism, nearby laundromats were not easy to find. Keep in mind that this is tourist central, not a typical neighborhood. Grocery stores are scarce, and prices for food and everyday items are noticeably higher than elsewhere in the city. Overall, this is an excellent choice if your priority is being in the middle of the action with easy access to transportation and attractions.

El departamento estaba muy bien ubicado justo en el centro de Madrid ; limpia y con todos los servicios , solo me pareció más pequeña que en las fotos . Pero sin duda la recomiendo.

The property was clean very modern. Great location however, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was also rain that afternoon, and there was a leakage coming through the ceiling into the dining area. The host did offer to send somebody out the next day. Requested additional pillows and blanket never heard back from the host regarding that. But overall, it was a wonderful stay

Ótimo apartamento, espaçoso e acolheria facilmente até 4 pessoas. Talvez não adequado para alguém mais claustrofóbico, já que não tem janelas e o quarto fica no pavimento inferior. Estava bem calor na cidade e o ar condicionado funcionou perfeitamente. A localização também é ótima, só achamos estranho a porta ser voltada diretamente para a rua e não para o saguão do prédio. A porta também precisa ser trancada quando você entra na propriedade, porém ao sair ela tranca automaticamente, fomos pegos de surpresa pela lavanderia entregando roupas de cama limpas. Como reservamos faltando 1 hora o chat do app demora um pouco mais para enviar a senha de acesso, mas encontramos o contato de WhatsApp direto no site da propriedade e eles nos responderam prontamente mesmo sendo domingo.

Excelente ubicación cerca de las estaciones de metro de Gran Vía y Sol, hay tiendas y restaurantes alrededor. Hay que contactar a la propiedad antes para que se proporcionen las instrucciones de acceso. Super bueno para descansar con cortinas black out y silencioso. En la descripción dice que no hay elevador, pero si hay elevador y funciona perfecto. Definitivamente lo recomiendo.

Wonderful location

The location is perfect, close to everything - shopping, eating, transport. It looks very clean at first sight but if you look closer there are cigarette burns on the sofa, the carpets are rolled up at the edges and there are shaving residue in the sink. The property is extremely noisy from the street and the neighbors and the main ventilation that starts and stops in intervalls will keep you up at night (even with ear plugs). Note also that this is Airbnb so there is no place to put bags if you come early. Somewhat complicated check-in as well. We had an ok stay but we will not come back.

Our stay was lovely - great apartment in a central location - close to Puerta Del Sol and great shopping, dining, etc.

Great location, instructions for access were clear. Kitchen was equipped for cooking, but lacked dish soap, dish washing liquid, and paper towels. No extra garbage bags. Limited toilet paper, no hand soap. Poor WiFi coverage.
