Clean rooms, location was really great aswell

Clean room, easy check in with fast and good response on E-mail/SMS. Very nice area within walking distance of most sights. We had a great stay!

Morgenmaden var under alt kritik. Hvid toastbrød med syltetøj og nutella, og en pandekage maskine der smagte af gummi. Værelserne var udmærket, dog ikke særlig lydtætte. Desuden var der kun en nøgle til både toilet og bad, hvilket til tider var problematisk.

Clean room, great location to easily get to other parts of Prague, yet not as expensive as Old Town can be. Bedroom was clean and provided fan for AC that worked wonderfully. Quick responses from hosts, even at times that may have been early or late.

La posizione é molto comoda, con i mezzi in nemmeno 10 minuti si arriva a Ponte Carlo. La stanza in cui ho soggiornato era adeguata, ma in generale nell'appartamento c'era un solo bagno e una sola room shower per cinque stanze e sopratutto nella doccia era assente l'acqua calda.

Aluksi oli kirjautumisen kanssa hankaluuksia, sillä ovikoodeja ei ollu lähetetty. Tekstiviesti hotellin numeroon kuitenkin auttoi ja asia järjestyi nopeasti. Paikan päällä ei ole vastaanottohenkilökuntaa. Hotellista tulleesta alkuperäisessä sähköpostista ei tarpeeksi selkeästi ilmennyt, että s-postiosoite pitää ilmoittaa ovikoodien saamiseksi. Hotels.com -sivustolla oleva suomenkielinen kirjautumisohje on mielestäni väärin. Hotellin eteen pääsee ratikalla, mutta jalan vanhasta kaupungista on noustava jyrkkä mäki. Huoneessa oli pieni jääkaappi, mutta ei televisiota. Yhteinen WC ja kylpyhuone. Äänieristys oli huono, mutta siisteys hyvä. Käytössä oli yhteinen vedenkeitin, jota näytettiin puhdistettavan säännöllisesti. Aamiaiseksi oli tarjolla käytävästä kuumaa vettä ja murukahvia/teetä, mehua automaatista ja koneen tekemiä pannukakkua. Kaiken kaikkiaan siisti ja edullinen paikka, jos ei pienet epäkohdat haittaa.

The room was spotless. NO reception. Details of entry codes were late. We had to call to get them. No tea or coffee making in room. Breakfast and drinks were only available between 8.30 and 10.00. Plus you had to go down 2 flights of stairs then the drinks were on the landing. You had to wait in line for quite a while to get some drinks and toast. NO afternoon drinks available. The staff were good but had no English. There was nothing on the door or Signage above to inform where Milada was.

Ovikoodit vaihtuivat jatkuvasti, huoneessa ei ollut vessaa ja suuhkua ja aamupala oli surkea / olematon. Yöt olivat hyvin levottomia. Majoitus oli enemmänkin motellitasoista, ei hotellitasoista.

I was informed prior arrival that at the day of arrival I'll receive information about self check-in. Nothing. I called to reception and they informed me we are not connected to hotels.com messages. Room without bathroom and toilet - ok, but one toilet without any water and hand washing option, which is only in the bathroom? And one toilet an bathroom for 5 rooms - 10 people? I n need to wait couple of time after toilet till bathroom is free? Awful. Breakfast from 8:30? Impossible for many people using this accomodation.

Bathroom don’t work,no water in shower head

Las llaves de las habitaciones estan todas en el mismo cajetin asique el que lo habra puede entrar en cualquier habitacion. Cuando llegue la llave en lugar de en la caja de seguridad estaba en la puerta de mi habitacion puesta con la habitacion abierta. Asique espero que nadie haya cogida nada y luego me lo intenten cargar a mi cuenta. Las habitacion no insonoriza absolutamente nada, asique la gente que iba al aseo a las 00:30 se escucha absolutamente todo! Desde cuando hacen pis a cuando se tiran un pedo. Bastante mala experiencia.

The room was very clean, they allowed us to check in early, and it's in a good location.

We didn't require assistance from the staff so can't comment on that. The hotel itself was sort of like a hostel private room. There was no staff on site but I saw a cleaner come by for the common areas. The bathroom and shower were shared. My husband and I both didn't really sleep while we stayed at this hotel. It was loud when other guests would come in. Also using the bathroom at night was tough because we had to leave the room and it was very bright. The price was good and it seemed clean. Even when we used earplugs we couldn't sleep and both not sure why.... I wouldn't stay here again unless I was on a very tight budget.

当日に施設への入り方について、わかりやすく記載されたメールが来ました。案内に従いました。 部屋は暖かく換気ができる環境で清潔でした！ シャワールームとトイレの鍵の掛け方がわかりませんでした。 スリッパを持参するといいかもしれません。

Nice hotel to stay in. Not far from the bus station. The administration responds quickly to requests

The location is amazing right infront of the tram station. You are gonna share the bathroom 👎. Again the location is incredibly perfect 👌. The rooms are not soundproof. The service is really good and immediately. The check-in and out is really smooth.

Nice hotel, quick response from the hosts to any questions, clean.
