明明訂三人帶陽台結果給了一間無窗的，看似裝潢漂亮但清潔方面非常糟糕，甚至寢具似乎退房後都沒換過，非常髒，浴室也是很多垢、排水不通，櫃檯人員親切度也待改善。

The room was very clean the staff was so helpful and friendly if we had I little problem they would always fix it and the had great breakfast ready every morning. Overall 10/10 experience

Questa struttura vale più di 5 stelle soprattutto per il suo personale! Un team davvero splendido e preparato, sempre pronto ad aiutare in ogni situazione! Ho soggiornato con mio figlio piccolo di 3 anni in una camera al piano alto, comoda e pulita, unica pecca il rumore dalla strada ma questo è normale avendo una posizione perfetta e strategica! Mio fratello e mio padre hanno soggiornato in un piano più basso ma sempre ristrutturato e ben tenuto. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta della struttura e del team, lo consiglio vivamente! Abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio navetta da aeroporto ed è stato tutto perfetto! Grazie mille per la vostra cortesia Tornerò sicuramente in questa struttura visto che dovrò viaggiare al Cairo ogni 3/4 mesi Best Regards, Sara Y

Quarto confortável, equipe bem prestativa e excelente custo benefício. A tv tem Youtube, o que nos faz voltar a escutar o Português. Apesar de ter que sair cedo para o aeroporto, em outra oportunidade que fiquei hospedado neste hotel, vi que o café da manhã é bom e atende bem às necessidades .

Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bad winzig und es gab nicht die kleinste Ablagefläche, alles musste im Zimmer untergebracht werden. Auch Haken gab es keinen. Das ganze Hotel ist praktisch eine Baustelle, vom Stiegenhaus angefangen, der Eingang, die meisten Gänge. Der Lift ist eine Zumutung, ein großes Loch und abgebröckelte Mauern sieht man während der Fahrt. Das Hotel müsste während der Renovierung geschlossen bleiben! Sehr gut ist die Lage des Hotels. Das Frühstück passt auch.

The staff at Elevana was extraordinary and I think that made our trip most enjoyable. I would like to include all the people‘s names that I can remember as follows Alla, Islam, the guy in the blue shirt please check our dates and everyone there was so accommodating, helpful and pleasant.

É um hotel situado ao lado do antigo museu egípcio, bem no centro da cidade. É uma edificação antiga mas tem os quartos totalmente reformados. O staff é muito prestativo e auxilia no que for possível. No meu caso, solicitei um early check in por estar muito cansado depois de dois dias de viagem e fui prontamente atendido. O café da manhã tem boas opções e é bem farto. Para mim, foi tudo excelente.

Excellent room and stay, we got the Queen Room with Panoramic views and it was amazing, truly as it looks in the photos and an amazing place to be for our last night in Egypt. Views over Tahrir Square and the River Nile. Very Good breakfast also in nice restaurant with view on 8th floor. This is a good hotel.

Amazing people! Excellent location! Close to several tourist attractions. I definitely recommend this hotel! 10 out of 10!

Fornuftigt til prisen, god billigenhed ved det gamle Egyptiske museum.

Muy limpio, excelente atención y muy buen desayuno.

Das merkwürdige ist das Haus. Es ist extrem alt und heruntergekommen, es stinkt extrem und war dreckig. Selbst der Fahrstuhl war mit Türen zum selber öffnen. Die Räume waren im 9 Stock und die Zimmer waren sauber. Aber es war nachts so laut, das schlafen fast unmöglich war. Auch das Frühstück war furchtbar. Für diesen teuren Preis des Hotels würde ich es nie wieder buchen.

El hotel se encuentra en un edificio compartido con un Hostal, el cual fue complicado encontrarlo ya que no tiene nombre en la parte exterior. Una vez llegando, los pisos de Elevana Hotel son los mejores remodelados y lujosos, habitaciones amplias y bonitas, staff muy amable y servicial, desayuno básico pequeño en el noveno piso con vista a la plaza Tahir. Hotel conveniente en centro del Cairo

The breakfast menu was really good. Good celection and nice service. We had a beautiful room on 9th floor, clean room. The hotel is very central located. Can recomend it. So easy to go everywhere.The Cafe Le Poire is close by and very modern. A lot of good things there Sarah the receptionist was very kind and so was the other staff.

Room needs deep cleaning, staffs were very friendly and helpful, but they need more training for streamline service delivery procedures. TV, Internet needs updates for ease of use. Front of the hotel entrance of the building could have better signage and general cleanliness. 9th Floor breakfast service was great and staffs were very friendly. Overall, hotel has great potential.

Bed sheets were very dirty and had not been changed.

Rooms were clean, staff was very helpful and the view and location was lovely. For those who have not been in the downtown core, keep in mind the noise is fairly constant at all hours and this is just due to the nature of the location.
