This place seems to be unfinished. We stayed here and we have lots of bags and a baby in a stroller. This place is not accessible as it only has one tiny elevator that can only hold 3 person max. But you have to take stairs into the building and stairs down to get the elevator to the room. The room doors are external and the walk to the room is dark with motion lights. The “hotel” is surrounded by abandoned or dilapidated buildings so it feels creepy and unsafe. The people running this place do not care anything about customer service, so you have to figure it out on your own. No help with bags or anything. It took 45 mins to check in, some mix up with the Expedia booking. The rooms look exactly as they do in the picture. I would say value for money in that respect but the room didn’t feel clean and the locks for one of the rooms wasn’t working but they fixed it. There are TVs but no options to watch them. Not connected to any media and they are not smart so we couldn’t connect our devices. We left this place after staying for 2 days and went to the Mariott Bon Voy for the rest of our stay. I will say that this place has potential but potential didn’t cut it for us.

The entire hotel was under construction which the management admitted with water leaking from ceiling everywhere. The sofa and beds were covered in dust. Waste of time and money for my family
