The staff was absolutely amazing so hospitable so accommodating. We had the garden view which was absolutely breathtaking. They let us check in early for a low fee, which was amazing. The rooms are breathtaking and extremely comfortable with a huge patio. Very relaxing. Drinks were amazing. And the fruit was to die for!

Staff was lovely and the management was super accommodating; they allowed us an early check in when we initially arrived. We requested a late check out but they were unable to accommodate us as they were fully booked. But they did allow us to stay 6 hours after check out snd enjoy the amenities until our flight. I would definitely return.

Hotelli oli remontoitu ja varsin siisti. Uima-altaat olivat hyvät, samoin allasbaarit. Ravintoloista: buffassa ruoka oli melko hyvää, mutta lähes aina hieman viileää. Aasialainen Kibo oli erittäin hyvä, kun taas Italialainen ravintola oli heikko.

what a resort! my wife and I went to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. I've already recommended this placed to family and friends. The spa was amazing on top of the location, beach, bars and the hotel room. We had a ocean view room that was to die for. 5 stars and definitely want to come back.

I would not go back

The hotel is brand new, and the staff is amazing and friendly. While the Boca Chica area isn’t the most family-friendly yet, they’re working on improving it. This hotel and area are preferably suited for singles.

The entire stay was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful, never waited on anything, the beach was clean, the water was clear, the room was amazing (especially the shower) and it felt very relaxing. Will def. return

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The resort is beautiful and recently remodeled, but what the website does not mention is that it is still under construction. If you are expecting a peaceful oceanfront experience, this is not it. We arrived at 1 p.m. after traveling since 4 a.m. with my 6-month-old baby. I asked for early check-in to wash bottles and bathe her and was told no, with no flexibility or empathy. Lunch was chaotic — we were moved around several times because they could not accommodate a table of six at a “family” resort. Service was extremely slow, and the food lacked quality and flavor. We were initially given the wrong room, and others in our group had similar issues. Our keys repeatedly stopped working throughout the stay. Bar service was slow, drinks were average, and water was not readily available. Housekeeping was unacceptable. Towels were not replaced for two days despite repeated requests. I had to bathe my baby in cold water and had no towels to dry her. Room phones did not work, sheets were not changed after an accident, and bottled water for formula was never delivered. For the price paid, the service was extremely disappointing. I do not recommend this resort and will not return.

GREAT Staff. Clean rooms. Nice location. Plenty of loungers on the beach. The food was just OK and not a big selection.

Its a good resort to relax and get away with the family i really enjoyed the hospitality . The only thing is they need more services around since the resort is technically new there isn't alot of workers available on request. We made reservations and the table wasn’t available still when we got there and untill it was noone showed up to ask if we need any drinks to start off . So after another 10 -20 min wait we decided to all leave. Very disappointing and The lights were cutting off and on throughout the day and night . Aswell as eating at the buffet the lights turned off and people were using their flashlights while Eating a very rare thing to witness overall the food wasn't that good at breakfast. I do recommend dining at the restaurant tasty food . The atmosphere and ambience and how they rebuild the place did a very good job worth coming to as I mentioned to relax with the family . Activities and shows would be a plus for the amount they are charging a night . The pool loved it and the drinks were ok to. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
