I love the views of the island from the resort. From the pool deck to the rooms, the views of St. Thomas were amazing. The resort was well cleaned and maintained. The rooms were nice and spacious. I would definitely book here again!

It was a very nice experience and very easy. All staff was very friendly, and we were able to check in a little early. Our Room in Bldg 15 Room 219 was very nicely equipped, the room was clean, the bathroom spacious and there was lots of storage space, a small closet and the bed was comfortable. We felt safe and having the kitchenette definitely came in handy. The only downfall was not having daily maid service (meaning we had to call in and exchange our towels) and being on the lowest level which kind of obstructed our view and we were right on top of the parking lot, however it was nice that we did not have to pay for parking. We did also use the gym which was nicely equipped and included some heavier dumbbells which was nice. You can tell that the property is going through a renovation and probably under new management. It was a great option for the price and honestly I would stay here again. But, I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here because although it is close to town it it is would not be a short walk to town due to the hills and no sidewalks. Driving and parking was very easy.

First off, we end up killing two flying roaches during our stay. Secondly, the phone was out the entire stay. I had to contact front desk via cell. Thirdly, we had no WIFI the first day. We finally got it the last stay. Also, no cable until the last day. View was nice from balcony. I would also point out that front desk could be more attentive and inviting. Maybe my expectations are too high being a Marriott Owner.

Property was maintained well, views were breathtaking especially when there were cruise ships in port, a quiet resort not too far from downtown, bellhops were friendly and helpful room was as expected…there were a few nuisances though… We were told they do not clean rooms unless you stay there 7 days and they only come and clean it on the 6th day…we were staying 5 days so that didn’t apply to us and we were offered cleaning products. We were also told we had to take out our own garbage which was appalling. Then we ran out of toilet paper about midnight…the front desk was closed and security told us they did not have access to get more toilet paper. We did not have bug issues but found a huge dead waterbug behind the door curtains…we could tell it had been dead for some time.

Wonderful staff and food. Everyone is SO helpful and nice. 10/10

Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, fun people who stay there, great drinks, and fun activities. Wish the pool and hot tub were bigger though!!

Amazing hotel, favorite part was the amazing breakfast sandwiches at the Castle Grill. Jay & Lisa are the best!

2nd time visiting and staying at same place with overall no complaints, room had same vibe, the few issues that were presented was a can opener and pot handle which was addressed promptly when contacting mgmt with clogged drains as well by maintenance. Parking is sufficient. Had a few other visitors from stray chickens, cats and dogs but no issues. Enjoyed time away from home and explored a little more than last visit. The shopping areas have not fully recovered from hurricanes with a few stores shut down but still able to check out what the island has to offer and contribute in any way we were able to do so

This is an amazing place to stay. The only reason we gave a 4 out of 5 is because it’s not easy to get to the beach or other locations in town. It’s walkable and close to other places however we usually like places off the beaten path. We would definitely stay there again. The view was beautiful, the staff was amazing, and room was more than adequate.

Overall this place is a great value. The rooms are large and well appointed. The resturaunt on site was really good. I recommend the brussel sprouts with blue cheese. The only downside is that you must have a car if you are planning to stay here. Very steep hills and no sidewalks. You have to walk on the side of the road. The pool was only 3 ft deep so not much fun for my 8 year old boy. Great views and very well priced. Great grocery store nearby called Moe's Gourmet Groceries. The on-site Pirate Store was the highlight of my son's trip. The man who owns it dives to recover all the treasures from sunken ship. He was so cool to visit with and very personable. You have to visit the store and the muesem.

Great Experience

The place could use alittle update, but overall I liked my stay the pool bar was fun to sit out and have a drink and liked the activities the hotel offered like karaoke and shoptalk with the free ride into the shopping/downtown area! Taxi’s or a rental car is necessary at this location.

The staff was helpful and the rooms were very nice. The grounds could be cleaner.

The view from the restaurant pool & Bar is amazing. Including staff at the Bar & restaurant and lobby desk and valet parking area as well I have stayed here approx 8 times. The grocery store where they serve sodas chips and other items was shutdown. Hotel desk should provide water at the lobby for the guests

Bar closed early but staff really nice and property was nice. Lots of steps. The room was exactly as described.

The ladies at the front desk were extremely rude and unfriendly. Every time I called with a question, they responded with attitude and were not welcoming at all. To make matters worse, we found three roaches in the kitchen area. I called the front desk to ask if they had a rodent or pest problem, and I was told yes. The only solution they offered was to move us to another room. Unfortunately, this completely ruined my vacation. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else.
