Property is beautiful, but staff is very poorly trained. - Does not reply to emails - Room was still not ready by 4:10pm - Asked for copy of booking after received passports, which should be enough for them to lookup my details. - Asked receptionist to arrange taxi service to airport, which they forgot. Almost missed our flight.

Very nice facility and desk staff but the restaurant is slow and seems to not have what ever you order, they only clean your room if you ask them ( and then many hours later)

Nice, big, clean room and beautiful facility , but staff was unhelpful some times even rude, they do not clean the room unless you, ask many hours after you ask, and some time the restaurant runs out of food . Hopefully they improve in the future

Some items were not fresh at bfast buffet. Room service food was excellent 👌. Some technical problems with internet connection and room phones. There had only two tiny water bottles as complimentary per room. Must pay if requesting for more. Extremely strict with amount of individuals per hotel room. Extra blankets are not free either. Dont expect Holiday Inn treatment. If i stay here again it would be because Widuws is fully booked. Staff made it all worth it though 🙌 salamat po!
