Room clean

Liked the location. Unfortunately upon arrival at 3pm we were unable to get in the lift for 10 minutes to get to our room as the cleaner insisted on going up to other floors & down to lower ground with trolleys full of washing. She wouldn’t allow us to get in the lift just to get to our floor? Not ideal. Also the toilet lid was broken & eventually fell off.

The check in was a task, ever with the help of pool manager. Was given a code for main entry. Did not work, internet was down, so we sat outside till someone happened to come along.

Great little hotel everything you need for a short trip and lovely views from the roof top pool. Great location. Highly recommend.

Great location for a really great price. There are no reception staff but check in instructions are easy to follow. The rooftop pool and bar were a nice bonus There was no view or balcony from my room (203) but I wasn’t in there long enough to care. Can’t find fault it.

The hotel is key code entry, which for us was a massive benefit as we arrived early hours of the morning. Its also very safe and secure. We stayed in room 605 which was a terraced room. The terrace was large and got the sun most of the day, it had a table and 4 chairs and 2 loungers of good quality. The room itself was bright, modern very clean and quiet. The bed was very confrtable and the linens were of very good quality. The pillows were excellent. There was a free safe and expresso machine and refrigerator. The bathroom was large, bright and modern. The shower was hot and had excellent pressure. We had a fantastic 5 days stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who's in the fence!

-Im Zimmer waren zum Teil Haare vom Vorgänger oder der Putzkraft. -zimmer ist noch nett, das Bad sprich die Dusche ist ok. -günstig pro Nacht aber es ist es nicht schön und eiladend da. Balkon ist für nichts, Dachpool und Terrasse io -keine Möglichkeit das Auto zu parkieren. Die Gebühr über 27 Euro für nicht mal 24h(Supermarktparkhaus) war ca. 200-250m entfernt. (Wurde von der Unterkunft empfohlen) -Mit einer Partnerin würde ich da niemals absteigen. -Schallimissionen der Nachbarzimmer war schrecklich und nicht auszuhalten. Hat der Nachbar gehustet war es so als würde der Nachbar im gleichen Zimmer liegen. -viel lärm vom Gehweg draussen auch in der Nacht. Keine guten Fenster. -Zimmer war sehr klein -Gratis safe im Zimmer war top. -Ich bin 3 Tage früher ausgecheckt als geplant…mir hat es nicht gefallen da. -Luft Abzug im Bad war voller Staub -Wasserschaden im Erdgeschoss beim Eingang und Wasser oder Urin vor meinem Zimmer. Ich habe die Notfallnummer per Whatsapp chat kontaktiert. Es wurde mir versichert das sich jemand darum kümmert der Boden vor dem Zimmer war nichtmal am nächsten Morgen sauber. Eine Info warum im Eingang Wasser liegt habe ich weder davor noch danach erhalten… -Es war nie jemand vor Ort (Mitarbeiter) ausser Reinigungskräfte und jemand beim Shop bei der Dachterrasse/pool. Das gute war der Preis und fertig. -Die Unterkunft wurde grösstenteils von jungen englisch sprechenden party Menschen gebucht. Ich komme nicht mehr tut mir leid.

Delar i hotellrummet som var trasigt. Elektriciteten i rummet gick två gånger under en veckas tid. Lyhörda rum.

Lovely clean room with view of the sea, Breakfast was always plentiful and warm with staff around if you needed anything fresh cooking. Had pool to ourselves most days! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a small hotel in the old town.

Nice newly decorated hotel. No staff but not needed and entry instructions very easy to follow.

I would rate this hotel 5 stars but the pool was closed for 3 days during our stay, I understand this is sometimes out of hand due to water works in the Benidorm area, However a notice would have been nice. Other than that everything else including the room was perfect, well maintained, looks newly renovated. The breakfast coffees were lovely and the food was good. Will stay here again when I’m Back.
