The worse hotel I've ever tried. Inconvenient location far from the centre, you need a taxi. Lots of renovation with annoying banging every day. If you want a peace - do not use this hotel: swimming pool downstairs uses the music from morning until 8pm. It is a nightmare. Being on the 4th floor you can't even talk inside room due to the club music. I have asked to make it not too loud but got very negative aggressive response. Headaches guaranteed BED BUGS in the rooms. Please be careful. Matrasses are filed with blood stains. We were bitten all over. They need to get inspection and close for pest treatment! Lights were flickering and hanging unsafely near the bed. I asked to fix it, no one came. No Free water as advertised. Very poor breakfast. Check your mini bar prior checking in, we were accused of using it and were yelled that our kids ate and drank from there and we were asked to pay for something we did not even have there! Shameless accusations. Staff is very rude. I mean it. They yell all the time, ignore you, laugh in your face. Shocking experience (except guy in the bar on 5th floor. He was very polite). We had a sign on the door 'do not enter' but cleaning lady opens door with her key without nocking and barge in. No apologies, she speaks only Armenian. Hide all your belongings while away. Please please please avoid this hotel. Too overpriced, noisy and the rudest staff I have met. They even asked us to check out at 12 while on the site is 2pm check out time!
