The overall stay was good to be close by to attractions/ landmarks, the apartment itself was good as its only really to sleep and other guests are friendly and helpful however, the communication with staff was very poor they are very unwilling to help and threatened that my family and I sleep on the streets as we were struggling to get back into our room baring in mind our belongings were still in the room we paid for and them being told months in advance we have a disabled passenger with medical problems that also needed to get access to medication left in our room.

Very well placed for transport systems and walking to sites if fit. Basic, but fine for a base. Provide cooking, refrigeration and cleaning/washing at extra cost if required (explained at check in) and a deposit cash/card pre authorisation on check in. Only thinng that could have been better for me was larger towels. Good price but you do have to share bathroom which there are 2. Other resident had difficulty opening door. Small lift to floor available also. All appears fine and can contact host if required. Lots of eating places and bars near by.
