Nytt och häftigt hotell. Fräscht och med utmärkt läge. Personalen i receptionen när vi checkade in (sent på kvällen) hade inte koll: dålig på engelska, otillräcklig info om parkering samt tog betalt 2 ggr.

The roof bar offered a wonderful view of the mountains. The room was comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed The Innsbruck Welcome Card which came as part of our two night stay. Quirky, almost brutalist interior architecture, with glass rooms within the inner 'courtyard' to enjoy the vibe (although the automatic glass door wouldn't re-open for us and we had to phone reception to let us out!)

Nice room - quiet and comfy bed, good views. Unfortunately let down by the breakfast - very poor selection and quality, and expected more as we have seen with other Radisson Reds. Breakfast actually appears to be in a 3rd party restaurant/cafe which may be the issue. Staff clearly experiencing some teething issues with new hotel as check in was a bit confused, was supposed to get a tourist card but not really communicated properly if this came on email or if I was supposed to contact reception and never got it.

The air conditioning didn’t work in our first room and we moved rooms. The second room took 4 days to cool down from 26 degrees to 21. We didn’t open any windows and kept the aircon running the whole time. It’s a very new hotel but still has teething problems. Also the toilet is in a separate room to the bathroom but no allowance has been made to fit a towel holder so you can have a towel to dry your hands. On the positive side it is very close to the train station and the views are excellent.

This was a beautiful new Hotel. The beds were comfortable , no bathtub but very nice. Great location a pin the heart of the town.

Gerade neu eröffnet, sehr freundliches Personal und moderne Zimmer. Das Hotel bietet dedizierte Zimmer für den Aufenthalt mit Hund an, welche sich am Ende des Flures befinden.

Modern und praktisch gelegen

It’s a very comfortable, quality hotel, really close both to the train station and the city’s sights, bars, restaurants and shops. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious. But the best thing of all is that it has a super rooftop terrace bar on the ninth floor, with the most fantastic views across Innsbrook and the mountains beyond, again with really friendly staff. Some negatives, though. The walk-in shower appeared to drain straight into the bathroom, so I spent ten minutes mopping it up with the bath mat. And I don’t know what was above my room (405), but it sounded like someone was running on a treadmill for two hours last night as I was trying to get to sleep.

Schönes nagelneues Hotel mit sehr gut ausgebauter Tiefgarage. Hatten ein Zimmer im 9. Stock mit direkter Nähe zum Frühstücksraum und der genialen Rooftop Bar. Sehr gute Lage um Innsbruck zu Fuß zu erkunden. Minimale Kritikpunkte: Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Auswahl vertragen. Baked Beans, Räucherlachs und bissl mehr Wurstauswahl wäre cool. Der Boden zum Zimmer ist miserabel verlegt und fühlt sich beim drüber laufen nicht Wertig an. Die Tiefgarage (welche nicht vom Hotel selbst betrieben wird) hat ein paar Probleme mit dem Schrankensystem. Ticket musste mehrfach entwertet werden, was aber durch die freundliche Dame an der Rezeption ohne Probleme gemacht wurde. Alles in allem wäre es wieder unsere erste Wahl für einen Besuch in Innsbruck

O hotel tem boa estrutura e uma vista da cidade que realmente é maravilhosa ao se tomar café da manhã ou ir tomar um drink/jantar no restaurante. O café da manhã é bem sortido e gostoso.

A beautiful, very clean hotel in a central location. Room had everything we needed, and breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend.
