我选择入住Lexis Hotel度周末，最近入住的是11楼的高级塔楼客房。可惜的是，这次入住体验并不愉快😞 房间似乎已经很久没人住了。床单看起来不太干净，睡醒后我的脸出现了过敏反应。浴室里也散发着一股难闻的气味，说明房间在我们入住前没有彻底通风或打扫干净。 更糟糕的是，夜里房间里出现了一只大蟑螂。我们感到非常不舒服，不得不要求换房。 不过，我还是要表扬一下酒店员工，他们在整个入住期间都非常友好、礼貌且反应迅速。他们专业地处理了我们的换房事宜，并尽力帮助我们。 我希望酒店能够更加重视房间的准备、清洁和虫害控制，以确保未来的客人拥有更好的入住体验😉

体验：我们入住的第一间房间体验不佳（异味、水槽漏水、电话噪音大），但工作人员很友好地帮我们换到了另一间更好的房间，新房间的家具更现代，整体也更干净。为了表示歉意，他们甚至将我们的退房时间延长至下午1点。 很难通过电话联系前台（多次尝试都无法接通），所以我们不得不一路走到前台。 房间：房间配备了必需品，例如免费瓶装饮用水、一次性牙刷和牙膏、吹风机、水壶、茶包和咖啡包、洗发水以及梳妆台。如果您入住超过一晚，他们会为您整理房间并补充所有物品。 早餐：早餐提供多种食物供您选择。座位充足（室内和室外）。有些食物不错，有些可能不太好，但至少选择多样。 停车：停车位充足，从室外到多层停车场应有尽有。 设施：酒店设施齐全，包括健身房、游泳池和一些儿童活动。如果酒店附近有海滩就更好了，不过波德申有很多海滩都在驾车可及的范围内，所以也没什么问题。 地理位置：酒店距离许多地方都只有10-15分钟车程，所以只要您有交通工具，就没问题。

干净、舒适……靠近各个地方……靠近餐饮场所，有很多海鲜

到目前为止还不错，7/10，而且上午 11 点的服务退房时间太早了。

一切都很好，除了Wi-Fi。Wi-Fi很慢，而且电视频道也不多。

Checked in for 3D2N stay with my family. There are ample of parking slots at the hotel. Check-in process is very fast. From 10th floor room we get a very good view of the water chalets and Straights of Malacca. Breakfast is very good with lots of variety of food.

We choose to stay at Lexis PD because my kids were attracted to the indoor and outdoor games as published in the website but we're very disappointed that most of the games are not available. The room was OK except the phone room is out of order and we cannot make any calls to housekeeping to ask for extra towels and to call for buggy etc.

Best breakfast food. The view of the hotel is very beautiful, but the cleanliness is very poor in terms of rooms and also the elevator. Room condition is also a bit gloomy creepy too.

Was ‘ upgraded’ to water chalet, bur the cleanliness was disappointing. The food was so-so.

good stay but room are a bit dusty and ac not cool enough during the day

Bathtub is having problem which is can't fill up the bathtub, management took 2 times to fix the problems total cost us up to 2 hours
