Worth the experience as I love small artistic hotel where the staff actually feel friendly. Location is a big plus with close access to Bugis MRT station. The room is spacious even for Habitat type and amenities feel sufficient though there is a lack of bathtub but the pressure of the rain shower kind of made-up for it.

Very convenient location. View from room was disappointing the alleyway looks dirty and a shirtless worker literally sat and stared at us it was stonethrow distance. Don't think I'll go back. At 6am I saw an sms from bank notifying me some suspicious transactions. It was the hotel mistake charging fee from me although I paid up in advance, they then made a refund but because of overseas admin fee I lost a few dollars- went to front desk they paid me cash for the gap. I thought this was only little hiccup that was done but I was wrong, bank suspended my credit card I needed to make international call asking bank to unlock the card, several direct debits affected I had to call them one by one.

Hotel has good location comfortable room but I had a bit unpleasant experience. The day I checked in they asked for my credit card. I told them I had booked through Traveloka and paid in full. They said it just for deposit so I gave them my credit card. Moments later I got email notified that a transaction 739sgd in rupiah is around 7.366.000. I went to the hotel reception and they told me it was a mistake and the amount has been credited back to my credit card. But then I checked the amount that is credited back to my credit card is only 7.264.000. So I got charged 100.000 something for nothing.

Love the room design! Especially the generous size island vanity cabinet. Ideal location! Friendly staff. The room is clean and very comfortable.

The room overall was nice and comfortable, however we were situated on the second floor and facing the road where the bars and restaurants were. So there was still noise and conversation happening in the wee hours of the night which made the stay experience not very pleasurable. Also, there were issues with toilet bowl creaking and water leakage when using the bathtub.

The Hotel is very nice, quite and comfortable. Very friendly and courteous staff. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Only the breakfast buffet was a little less in choice compared to the price class of the hotel.

Naumi hotel deducted transactions from our credit card twice. I have sent them enquiries three times to ask about the details and made one phone call to query. Till now, they did not reply me. No updates provided as well. During the stay, one of the lifts also broke down. We could not get down and have to call the receptionist to rescue us as none of the staff are aware. The room is fine and the swimming pool is nice. But replying customer enquiry took very long.

As it was a birthday celebration, my friend sent flowers as a surprise. Flowers arrived at about 8pm at the hotel receptionist, and as per informed by Naumi, the delivery man told them that the receiver knows about it. There decided there wasn't a need to inform me. I think this is acceptable. However, what 's not is that, I checked out the next morning, 11am and they didn't inform me about it at all. It was only till night time 7pm when they called to inform me about the flowers. They then expected me to travel back to the hotel to collect back my flowers, even suggesting that they can keep till I am available to collect, when flowers are perishable. It was only after several rounds of negotiation before they agreed to send the flowers over. Felt that service could have been better! Stayed at the room with Patio and while it was great to have a patio to chill, we spotted small cockroaches! It was a turn off immediately.

Awesome hotel! The rooms were perfectly sized, toilets were well-equipped and gorgeous! Even the cheapest room was great. Pool was amazing. Experience made better thanks to the receptionist called “Ansen/Anson?” So sorry if we got his name wrong. Ordered room service and guy who delivered the food couldn't be bothered to give us condiments because “it was very busy” but Anson (?) Went out of his way to do something that isn't even his responsibility. Greeted us everytime we walked past the desk. Overall 10/10 would stay again!

The hotel stay was OK considered for the price. However, we were quite turned off by 1 of the staff. We had booked 2 rooms and requested to be on the same floor if possible without corner rooms. Upon arrival, we were informed that 1 of the room would be in the corner if we wanted the same, so I replied to her ' OK '. And before I could even my sentence, she snapped 'OK means what! ' Goodness! How can a front desk staff be so rude! The price was definitely not the most expensive, but not cheap but I do not expect to be greeted this way. In terms of cleanliness, there is definitely room for improvement as the bedsheets in both the rooms of our stay made us itchy. Will not be returning here ever again.

My 1st experience with Naumi SG, & everything was perfect as my hatch staycay.

I booked a 1-night stay at Habitat Room, using SRV voucher to offset the price. Pros.- Comfortable room.- Nice rooftop pool with an okay view.- Great location, near City Hall and cafes.- Happy hour at the first-floor bar. Cons.- Bad view on the 2nd floor. People on the street or neighbouring building could look right into my room.- No hairdryer provided.- Concierge told us “all mini bar items are complimentary” but then I found out there was only coffee and tea.- Lax enforcement on SMMs-I saw a guest receiving a visitor at the lift landing at 10.45pm when supposedly all visitors should leave by 11pm. Overall, I still recommend for the price.

Staff was nice and friendly and they give me a cake as complimentary as it was my birthday and also celebrated for me. Would love to book again. Have a pleasant stay during my staycation.

All is great if you are kind of chill person. Didn't like the breakfast though.

Perfect spot to tour around Sg! We loved our stay as the location is very convenient with access to Cityhall, Bugis and Suntec and stone-throw away. The rooftop pool is stunning and good for a relaxing and having a drink.

Not recommended to stay. The hotel is not really five star. Just a four star property. I thought it is Japanese hotel, but I get to know it is a small independent property from a Indian owner. They are too stingy and only offer me late check out till 12:30 pm, after that extended to 1 pm even the room is empty. The service is poor. Not recommended to stay

Room are clean and nice. Service staff is friendly and polite.
