View cantik sgt.tapi bilik kurang memuaskan..berhabuk..lepastu pam toilet not working

Bilik besar ada 2 ktil queen, cuma lantai berpasir, tak betul-betul cuci. Air cond tak berapa sejuk, tapi lama-lama pasang jadi sejuk, lambat sejuk. Saya dan suami di tingkat 5, bilik menghadap sea view. Memang cantik view-nya. Oke boleh bagi 3 bintang sih.

I've stayed here before Covid and standards have dropped tremendously, probably the worst service I've had in a not in recent memory. Besides overall facilities all worn down, toilet cover was broken (which they tightened), chair in the room was broken, they only gave 2 towels for a room meant for 2 adults and 2 kids (2 queen beds). Also asked for extra pillows. Had to eventually to to the concierge myself as room phone wasn't working and WhatsApp line was silent, was told only 2 towels allocated for adults kids and no extra pillows can be given unless it is paid. I asked them how much and they say office is now closed (11+ pm). Only consolation is I'm staying 1 night. Think carefully before staying, don't think there will be another time from me.

The bathroom 's hot shower was faulty till the evening, the pillows were smelly! The room 's air-condition was not functioning well. The maintenance came to reset but it was faulty again in the middle of the night. We complain and we're ask to change to another room cause maintenance off duty! That 's all about the room in Corus Paradise Resort! Room number 805! But the Valentines Dinner was Awesome!

Didn't receive my eticket for the room booking. Purchase still pending.

1.toilet kotor- lumut dekat sinki, toilet bowl tak dicuci bersih. 2. Bilik ada lalat 3.katil berbunyi dan tak stabil (mcm jongkang jongkit) 4.overprice with old furniture and accommodation.

For a 4 star, The hotel need refurbishment. Especially the toilets and floor. dirty and feel sandy. The towels have smell. We request 1 extra towel because the room only have 1.but they did not turn up. The hot water was not able to on and the maintenance didn't not come despite we call. Parking was limited. The staff was friendly and breakfast was with sop...

First, I have problem with app. Before check in, I have called Hotel for confirmation, and direction to hotel. Receptionist said, no booking under my name. What? Money already deducted but no booking? At the hotel, their manager ask us to check in first, because I have showed the evidence for the booking, while they are settle the matter with agent. A minute later, manager said there is booking under my name but without 'Nor', come on app, I already registered with my full name in your apps, how can this is happening? So, it was settle. We checked in. Then, the room. Oh my Allah, the room is not as I'm expecting. A very old room, not so clean. The sink also got lumut, bathroom not clean enough. The bedsheet got blood stain or what I don't know. And the worse is, the air cond, not functioning well. The maintenance team fix it for 3 times, eh no time lah to change room! So we just stay in that room. One night is so much enough in that room.🤪 Breakfast is beyond my expectations too. from the comment, it seems so good. but, 😏 it is just ,2/5 ⭐ only Hopefully, hotel management take my comments very seriously to improve their services. Thank you

just 1 lift can be use which can fit 4 pax only for the whole building. booking the king bed but actually its super single bed combined together. tv not clear at all to all channel. restaurant full with fly and bird.

what can I say, the hotel with 10 storey only have 1 working lift. can you imagine the cue. then, when I first check in, only 1 room was available another one still need housekeeping according to front office. they promise me it will be done within 20 minutes, that is at 4pm and when we comeback to the room at 730pm it still not done. so is their time stopped at 4pm or I am living in another parralel dimension whereas their time stay still and mine have been 3 and 1/2 hr past. the room that was considered ready was having problem with the lock and I complained to the front office, and after having the maintenance check they say its already okay, but what can I say it is still the same. they offer me another room after dat, its working better but the whole room look very poor, all the facilities isnt being well maintained. maybe the whole hotel need a revamp, the facilities and the personel working in it.

Room okay but quite small. Seaview was nice. Facility okay.
