服务非常出色，房间干净、宽敞，位置在市中心，离购物中心很近，基本上是最好的，谢谢吉隆坡喜来登帝国酒店。

非常棒的酒店，地理位置优越，就在 Quill City Mall 前面，房间非常宽敞，服务非常令人满意，还会再来的。

Good for all service and nice to stay with Sheraton Imperial in Kuala Lumpur

We arrive at 5 p. M and my parents room wasn't ready yet. We decide to store the luggage and have a meal. They promise to put our luggage in the room once it ready, but they didn't. Room was spacious but bathroom was not so clean. Housekeeping seems a bit lazy. We have NYE dinner, food was delicious. And for breakfast, they have plenty of food variety. Please fix the housekeeping and we might consider to coming back in the future

We were arrive at 5 p. M and they said our room wasn't ready. I thought check in time is supposed to be 3 p. M. Room was spacious. But the biggest problem was their housekeeping. I just know housekeeping didn't clean our room. I saw a mini toothpaste from previous guest on the bathroom floor from the first day and still there until the last day. They didn't gave us water and towel on the second day. They not bother to replace or clean our drinking cup in the room. We have to use the same cup for 3 concecutive days. Breakfast was good with plenty of foods. Location was strategic. But I am not sure if I would like to come back here in the future. Fix the housekeeping department please!

The room is super clean. The staff also very humble. Near Monorail Station, easy to find local food (chow kit street). Very recommended to stay.

Stayed for a night to attend a wedding ceremony nearby. The service by the staff was excellent!-from luggage porter to breakfast attendant, all were very helpful and friendly. Really wished that we could've stayed longer. Very convenient as well-walking distance to Kuala Lumpur tower, KLCC, etc. Just one thing, I hope they will revamp their pool to a modern and bigger pools with greater ambience. Looking forward for my next stay!

Left room late one morning around 11AM and returned in the afternoon around 3-4PM, room still not tidied up. Understood might be because left room late. Called guest services to have room cleaned. Next day left room early morning around 7AM, returned around 3-4PM same thing occurred. Turned on"Clean Room"sign on both occasions. Room temperature too cold, and gets colder whenever aircon switched OFF, thought weird or maybe too hi-tech for me. Proper operating instructions needed. QR codes for in-room dining only shown on a blurry TV, hence not scannable. Printed QR codes only available at Concierge desk (need to leave room just to scan QR code, ridiculous).

The room was OK. Breakfast was satisfying. But the new staff wrongly charged me twice for the room price. Fortunately I double checked and the hotel apologized and gave refund.

Hotel yang sangat awesome. Staff yang sangat mbntu,expecially sorang staf agak berusia di bahagian hadapan (sangat peramah)

The hotel’s facilities was better and surprising than illustrated. The room was so cozy and comfortable with 2 twin beds and city view. The bathroom was the best in the hotel. The buffet breakfast was delicious with dim sum corner, noodles corner live egg station, pastries and salads. Other facilities include spa with sauna but steam and jacuzzi were under maintenance. That was a little disappointing. Swimming pool was fun too but the restaurant and the villa is not open. Overall the interior of the hotel is awesome and has many insta worthy photoshoot spots.

Very clean room. Have free wifi. Parking ok but need to pay rm9/day. Strategic location where in front of hotel was shopping mall. Just walking distance to go to restaurant in kg baru eg thai food.

The room was big and comfort, clean and complete enough. Will stay in here if I come back to KL. Good food. And when I got the problem due to the system booking, they can solve the problem immediately. Very recommended!

Hotel agak kuno, kebersihan kurang, kolam renang kecil, makan pagi ada salad yang bau, staf hotel ramah, menurut saya termasuk hotel bintang 4 ke bawah..
