Friendly staff and spotless room. Decoration was amazing, as was the entire building. Lovely coffee shop and gift wares section. Magnificent surrounds and mountain views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy, the shower was great, and the views are sublime. Be sure to dine there too, as the food and service are spot on. Plus, you have all the amenities of Lilianfels at your door.

The hotel is a very nice family hotel. Our room itself is very standard, but the highlight of this hotel is their amenities. It has everything from an indoor playground, library, arcade room, billiard table, skating ring, duck pond, a nice gym, pool, etc. There are so many of them.
