Location is good and the staff are nice and very helpful.

Good hotel overall. The staff are so lovely and they made sure there's always cold water available at the reception. There's no elevator but when they saw we have a lot of luggage, they put us in a room on the ground floor which was good. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious. Bathroom was great too with a massive shower space. The location is quite good as we were always 10/15 mins away from every attraction or restaurant we wanted to visit. Taxis also pass by quite often in the main street which was useful. The only downside to this hotel was the thin walls and noise from the street. There were kids playing outside and people talking loudly until late hours in the night which was quite annoying.

スタッフがとても親切でした。 エレベーターがなかったのですがスタッフが2人がかりでスーツケースを部屋まで運んでくれた。 1泊目は静かでよかったのですが2泊目に隣に家族が泊まった時、夜中まで話し声が聞こえたので遮音性が低いかと思います。 延泊を希望していましたが、騒音のせいでキャンセルしました。 また部屋が広いのにシャワールームがとても狭く、水がトイレまで流れてしまうので使い勝手が悪かったです。 ホテルはかわいくてインテリアもおしゃれでしたが、私の部屋の絵が怖かったので外しました。

The hotel felt really new and clean, and is in a very convenient, central location. Lots of restaurants and mains streets nearby, plus a grocery store within 3 mins walk. Staff were so helpful with all of our questions. Recommend!!

Très bien placé, calme. 2 lits sur les 3 très confortables. Propre en surface...Chambre spacieuse. Personnel très serviable ( on a vu 3 personnes toutes sympas) et efficace ( réservation d’un taxi, conseils si besoin,...)

Five minutes walk from the main square and from the bus to the bus station. Tons of surrounding excellent restaurants. The room has a excellent shower and lots of storage space, which is much appreciated

The hotel is in an alley, you can't see it when you arrive using Google Maps. It's new, clean and simple. Parking on the street, few spaces. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the center. Very convenient.

Ligging uitstekend. Hotel is absoluut geen Boutique hotel.Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook moesten we zelf aangeven of we schone handdoeken wilden en of er schoongemaakt moest worden? anders werd er niets gedaan. Ook stond op de site: grote kamers , wij hadden een kleine kamer .Er stonden elke dag flesjes water die je kon pakken, dat was fijn. Verder goed verblijf gehad van 6 nachten.

O hotel é super confortável, quartos espaçosos e limpos, bem decorados, o hotel tem uma boa estrutura, oferecem água na chegada e são bem atenciosos. A localização é ótima, dar para conhecer os pontos turísticos, excelente custo beneficio.

The view from the room was disturbing of a slum / looked like something from a war zone

Sieht auf den Fotos sehr hochwertig aus, leider hatte das Bad keine zwei Quadratmeter und die Tür ließ sich nicht schließen, also gar nicht. War insgesamt in Ordnung, sauber, zweckdienlich, sehr zentrumsnah, direkt an der Buslinie vom Flughafen. Würde mich beim nächsten Mal vermutlich für ein anderes Hotel entschieden.

Gelangweiltes Personal, Zimmer direkt neben der Rezeption und daher sehr laut, weil der Junge an der Rezeption die ganze Nacht am Handy hing (laut Videos schauen und telefonieren), Sehr dreckiges (v.a. Badezimmer, aber auch Fußboden und Bettwäsche) Kaputte Einrichtung (Regal hing nur noch halb an der Wand)

Unhygienic chipped sink dirty dingy room, shelf hanging off the wall, cheap fittings metal hangers. Not what i would consider a 4 star hotel more of a backpackers hostel. Photos not a true reflection and definitely not "A new vision if luxury" 2 star at best. Reviews cannot be true If you want something nice then stay at the Ebel hotel

Nice stay, quiet room, modern and very spacious. Mixed experience of reception staff. Convenient location.

The priority was well located and it was easy to access the city sights. The staff on the whole were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and in good condition, and you had most things needed. On the whole a very good option for a stay in Tirana.
