Das Hotel ist sehr sauber aber Personal nicht viel Großartig ist. Kühlschrank im Zimmer funktioniert überhaupt nicht, obwohl habe ich am Rezeption diesen Fehler gemeldet habe. Die schwarze Frau, die am Rezeption arbeitet ist sehr unfreundlich ist. Für dieses Geld was ich bezahlt habe, wert überhaupt nichts. Interne Verbindung im Hotel ist sehr schlecht, wir haben Internet mehr Tage nicht gehabt. Ich empfehle niemanden dass dieses Hotel besuchen wird!

Hotel was very nice. Clean and comfortable. Located in middle of tourist area so it was overpriced (more that the 5 start hotel we use in Tirana with total full service.) At check in Hotels.com used an old credit card I had and the hotel could not over ride it, and use my new one. Hence had to pay cash for the stay.
Room said there was a coffee maker, never found it. Also did not see there was any Room service.
Food in restaurant was mediocre, and an average menu, nothing unique. Had better food at a local family restaurant on one of the side streets away from the water front.
