奧蘭大使飯店

J’ai passé un superbe séjour dans l'hôtel les ambassadeurs. L’hôtel est très bien situé, il est richement décoré, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, avec un lit confortable. Mais surtout le personnel est incroyablement serviable et à l’écoute, prêt à résoudre le moindre problème, particulièrement soucieux de notre confort et donnant de précieux conseils pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Je remercie tout particulièrement Cherif, le gérant de l'hôtel, pour sa grande gentillesse et l'excellent accueil qu’il réserve à ses clients. Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir.

This fantastic hotel retains a lot of its historic charm and is very good value for money. Both the rooms we booked were very clean and spacious, and the hotel is within easy walking distance of Oran's main attractions, plus there is also a tram stop just around the corner. We would like to make special mention of the very friendly and helpful staff, in particular the receptionist who is also a medical student and practised his excellent English on us (unfortunately we didn't catch his name). We would also like to mention the driver, Amine, who the staff recommended to show us around Oran and also take us on a day trip to Tlemcen. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay in Oran and we couldn't recommend it enough (we stayed 4 nights).

Personnel très sympathique ! Hôtel bien situé, propre

Petit déjeuner bien achalandé, on mange à sa faim Chambre spacieuse, seul bémol un peu bruyant la nuit dû à certains clients certainement. Personnel très sympathique, note spécial à Mr KHEDDAR , toujours souriant et très à l'écoute.

Personnels agréables, serviables et à l'écoute. Chambre correcte, mais manque d'insonorisation, salle d'eau correcte. Petit déjeuner correct plus sucré que salé café the lait et un jus de fruit non frais.

Bruyant la nuit, chambre nul, wifi inexistant etc.....

Je ne suis pas satisfaite car cet hôtel ne retrouvait pas

Insgesamt war ich ganz zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. In der ersten Nacht habe ich in einem Zweibettzimmer übernachtet und ab der Zweiten in einem Doppelbettzimmer. Das zweite Zimmer war richtig schön und ich konnte gut schlafen. Das Personal war ganz nett und vor allem der Hoteleigentümer, Hotelleiter, eine nette Dame auch beim Empfang mit grünen Augen. Ich hatte allerdings ein Problem. Ein Mädchen, welches ich nicht kenne und sich mit ihrer Familie auch im Hotel aufhält, ist einmal mit mir im Aufzug in den Frühstücksbuffet gefahren. Eine entweder vom Empfang oder Putzpersonal hat behauptet, dass sie bei mir im Zimmer war. Der Hotelleiter hat mit mir darüber gesprochen. Das fand ich ehrlich gesagt ganz unhöflich und hat mich sehr geärgert. Das ist auch Rufbeschädigung und ich als Gast bzw. praktizierender Muslim fühlte ich mich schlecht. Das hat meine Ehre auch verletzt. Das Hotel hat auch in jeder Etage von den Zimmern Überwachungskameras und hätte das prüfen können, ohne mich zu fragen und Behauptungen/ Lügen zu glauben. Außerdem hätte das die andere Familie von dem Mädchen sehr geärgert, hätten Sie gewusst, was über ihre Tochter von dem Personal erzählt wurde. Der Hotelleiter hat sich nachher bei mit entschuldigt und ich habe es angenommen. Ein Tresor im Zimmer wäre auch perfekt. Generell finde ich das Hotel schön und ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Sollte ich an einem Tag wieder nach Oran reisen, würde ich gerne dort wieder buchen. :)

Je regrette le manque d’information à l’arrivée sur les modalités pratiques (plage horaire pour le petit déjeuner ; nettoyage des chambres qui nécessite que l’on laisse la clef par exemple ; accès internet) Globalement satisfaisant. OK midrange central hotel. However staff had no interest in fixing an elevator which rarely works or a WIFI which is temperamental and does not work in the room.

Hotellin sijainti oli erityisen hyvä ja löheltä löytyi hyviä ravintoloita. Hotellin johtaja huolehti vieraista erinomaisesti kun varauksen löytyminen kesti. Saimme opastuksen kaupungin nähtävyyksiin ja ravintoloihin, huoneet olivat miellyttävät, toimivat ja rauhalliset sekä vuoteet hyvät.

L'hôtel est très beau, avec une décoration du style classique. Le personnel était très agréable et serviable, tant à l'accueil, qu'au petit déjeuner, qu'au gardien de parking. Le parking est sécurisé. L'hôtel est situé dans un endroit calme. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel d'Oran.

Très bon séjour avec un très bon service et une bonne localisation dans le centre d’Oran.

I can't praise the hotel enough. I was looked after like a VIP from the moment I arrived. They always enquired how I was and went out of their way to help me with any enquiry or transport need and the reception staff and Managers did speak some English to my relief. Felt absolutely safe as a solo female traveller and lots of things are in walking distance The hotel has a beautiful big reception lounge and there is a restaurant, which on the occasion I used served me with some very tasty food, other nice local cuisine simple eating places within 10min walk. The room was spacious and comfortable and it had hot water. Like everywhere in Algeria cash is preferred but I think they may accept visa for bookings but can't verify. Great 3star+
