Soltane Hotel

Hotel staff always forget to put bottles of water,and towels after cleaned room. We've experienced the most poor breakfast and terrible wife connection during our business trip in Algeria.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. First of all, the location is poor and not convenient at all. The parking area had a strong unpleasant smell, which made it even more uncomfortable upon arrival. But the worst part was the check-in process. Despite having a valid international ID, the staff refused to let me, my wife, and our baby stay because we didn’t have an Algerian ID. This policy was never mentioned during booking, and the way it was handled was unprofessional and frustrating. I explained our situation, but they showed no flexibility or understanding. For travelers — especially families — I do not recommend this hotel. Poor service, bad facilities, and a very unfriendly approach.

The pool wasn't open, the staff were very kind and cordial with me but the front desk was very rude to my wife and also refused to give the proper room after having an issue. this issue was not corrected until the following day and the room rates are almost 30$ apart. Cleaning staff was fantastic, and all but one of the restaurant staff were very pleasant. some of the amenities were not properly functioning

Sejour agreable, chambre propre, personnel agreable, serviable, souriant. Restauration superbe, choix tres variés. Fortement recommandé. A proximité d'Alger centre.

Jartrive a 23H je ne trouve pas delectricite dans ma chambre je dedcend a la reception , le receptioniste me disait attendez nous allons le reparer....je monte jattends encore 15mn apres un long voyage...personne n arrive ..je redescend ..bien le mec de reception au lieu de s'xcuser...il m'a parle mechamant ....jai faillit prendre ma valise et sortir de l hotel mais ca ete deja tard....parcontre le mec qui est venu aores pour resoudre le probleme ete tres poli et courtoi....

Lot of problems. First, they did not send the vehicle at airport even after it was booked. Second, the bathroom was not in good condition, outside view was just wall, there was problem with door, window was not closing properly and in the end the breakfast and dinner option was not upto the mark.

In room Tea and coffee self-service should be provided. In bathroom it bit difficult to enter for bath under shower. Water leakage also noticed which was promptly cleaned but not rectified immediately..

Good local hotel

La chambre en elle même est bien, mais mauvaise isolation avec les chambres voisines. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment limite, pas de room service et restaurant de l'hôtel très cher. On m'a attribué une chambre déjà occupée, grosse frayeur en tombant sur un monsieur en slip! pas très sérieux...

L hotel est très bien mais l accès à la piscine couverte hamam et sauna est uniquement réserve aux femmes il dispose d'un beau piano bar

The hotel lacks a great deal of professionalism - even getting a shirt ironed becomes a big event. The staff is unprofessional, and the breakfast is terrible, kind of youth hostel like presentation. A big disappointment overall!

Me anularon la reserva estando ya en Algeria. Me dijeron que me enviaban por email la reserva para otro email, pero nunca la recibi, por lo que me tuve que buscar la vida y pagar mas dinero por otro hotel. Simplemente: NO VAYAN A ESTE HOTEL

Very bad breakfast and restaurant!!!

Sejour d'affaires. Cependant, le wifi n'a même pas un débit suffisant pour faire une simple navigation internet (je ne parle pas de mail!!). Le service est nul pour l'accueil ou restaurant (qui est plus qu'a déconseiller), a croire que les étrangers ne sont pas bienvenu. Mais par exemple au déjeuner, les serviettes ne sont pas changées et à peine replié... Je n'ai pas testé la piscine, n'ayant pas de peignoire dans la chambre ni même d'information pour la situer! Dommage pour un hotel 4* et ou l'architecture est tout de même agréable.

LA VERDAD QUE CUMPLE CON TODOS LOS REQUISITOS. BUENA CALIDAD Y RELACION PRECIO INMEJORABLE. VOLVERE A VISITAR EN PROXIMAS ESTANCIAS

Foi uma experiência desagradável O hotel tens instalações e decoração excelente. Quanto ao serviço não encontro palavras para descrever o péssimo serviço de quartos e restaurante. O hotel não tem toalhas suficientes chegando ao ponto de termos que utilizar 1 toalha para duas pessoas depois de termos solicitado as mesmas. o serviço de restaurante(pequeno almoço) péssimo as mesas depois de utilizadas ainda temos que esperar 5 minutos para limpar as mesas Pão e croissants e bolos secos com mias de 2 dias. as 9h da manhã já não havia ovos e depois desolicitado e após muita insistência os mesmos eram servidos passados 15minutos Não tem á disposição dos clientes talheres e pratos suficientes. tinhamos que solicitar para podermos utilizar esperando 3 a 4 minutos. A maioria dos funcionários com cheiro horrivel de transpiração que até fazia perder o apetite de estarmos sentados a tomar o pequeno almoço. Todas estas incidências foram apresentadas por nós ao director e registadas no livro de reclamações conclusão HOTEL SOLTANE em Argel não é aconselhavel
