O hotel é antigo, mas muito bem conservado. O atendimento foi ótimo, principalmente da Clara (recepção). Café da manhã delicioso e com várias opções. Tudo caprichado. Chuveiro esquenta bem, toalhas boas. Ar quente funciona bem. Não temos nada a reclamar. Localização muito boa, com muitas opções de restaurantes ao redor.

Excelente ubicación!!! Los chicos SUPER amables. El desayuno es bastante básico, el cuarto pequeñito y sencillo pero fue buenísimo para lo que buscábamos. El jardín es lo más!!!!

Stay was good - got in OK, they sent a car to get me (was a lot more expensive than just getting an Uber myself), the check-in online and/or the app (I can't remember) said they had currency exchange at the front desk - they do not. The location was good - there was a plaza around the corner with plenty of food options and nightlife. I didn't think it was too loud at night and slept great. Room was clean and I liked the little garden backyard. Breakfast was fresh, and the front desk helped out with suggesting what tours to do.

Good location with lost of restaurants, bars, and shopping nearby. Very nice breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and other healthy options, with some indulgent options, too. Walking distance to some of the parks, gardens, and other sights in BA. Friendly staff who were very helpful with practical issues including a date change on our return through BA at the end of our Argentina trip, luggage storage, etc. And Luisa the cat was an added bonus to a relaxed and comfortable stay.

Bens L’Hotel Palermo is a mixed bag.
On the plus side. The location is fantastic. The hotel is located on a nice quiet street close to many restaurants and shops. The staff is warm and welcoming. And, the pool area is a relaxing oasis.
On the negative side. We had a first floor room. The room was very noisy and small. We could not open both of our suitcases at the same time unless we used the bed. Additionally, the room was tired, in need of a major update. The bathroom was the worst part. There was mold in the bathroom. The breakfast was the worst we have seen in a long, long time. The coffee was undrinkable. The pastries were stale. We , along with several other guests, just went across the street to the café for breakfast.
With Bens L’Hotel Palermo is all depends on your priorities.

Las fotografías de los cuartos son engañosas. En realidad están en mucho peor estado. de verdad se siente como si llegaras a un hotel de 2 estrellas en el centro. Lo unico lindo son los jardines y la alberca.
Renté una propiedad en airbnb de mucho mejor calidad y precio. Cabe mencionar que no me quisieron reembolsar ni un solo peso de lo que había pagado, ni se ofrecieron a resolverme nada. Solo se limitaban a decir que todo lo viera con Expedia, y expedia solo me mando un correo diciendo que no podía hacer nada. Experiencia de mucha impotencia en general
