Hotel muito bem localizado, muito limpo e confortável… porém o atendimento deixa muito a desejar. Pedimos uma pizza e não hotel não tinha talheres para disponibilizar (pedido à recepção). Checkin agradável, mas o checkout a recepcionista grossa e zero simpatia. Do restante, valeu a pena!

Bathroom needs a maintenance. Bathroom doorhandle was broken. Every time you flush the toilet, it overflows with water. The bathroom doesn't have a ventilator.

It was okay. But the temperature control in the room was terrible. We couldn’t get comfortable. We were there in April which was Autumn in South America. there are some hot days followed by cool ones. We’ve stayed here in the past but for the future… not sure we will come back. Might just pay a bit more or rent an airBNB to be in a place where we can control the temperature better.

The junior suite has a separate living area. The VIP wine gift was good quality. We can see our car parked in a pay lot across the street from our room (not the hotel’s parking; we didn’t know they had any). We are on 9th floor, so high enough to reduce street noise from the busy Corrientes below. The hotel is less than a block from the Obelisco & the area is full of dining options. This is our second time staying here & would come again if a downtown stay is needed.
