El hotel está muy bien ubicado a una cuadra del centro, lo cual nos facilitó los recorridos iniciales, pero muy por debajo de las expectativas de esta cadena. Desde la llegada nadie nos atendió, no existe Bellboy, la habitación es amplia, pero vieja y descuidada en muchos aspectos, las cortinas, los muebles y el piso despostillados. En varias ocasiones llamamos a recepción para solicitar algún servicio, no contestaban por largo tiempo. Consideramos que requiere una remodelación y una Atencion para llevarlo a nivel de la marca.
