The hotel is centrally located. It is clean and modern. The hotel restaurant serves excellent food, and there is also a lounge area on ground level and a cafe next door. Most importantly, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and all employees are multilingual. If you need anything, whether directions or the nearest foreign currency exchange location, all you have to do is ask and the wonderful staff will provide you with the information you are looking for and more. In sum, A+

Utterly unprofessional. Despite confirming in advance, my stay was mishandled in a way I’ve never experienced in 200+ nights per year of global travel. Poor guest care, poor management — avoid this property.

I stayed at this hotel twice and both times i had an amazing experience.
Staff are super nice and helpful.
It was very clean and not smelly.
The location was great. Safe, clean, pretty area. And close to everything we wanted to see.
I would defiantly go back.

The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from the main sights of Yerevan, making it very convenient for exploring the city on foot. The quality-price ratio is good, and the GIA restaurant is excellent, offering refined cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is attentive, friendly, and very welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. A great choice for a stay in Yerevan

Can’t open the windows for fresh air. Elevator always busy. While showering water became cold twice, rooms are small and the cooling thermostat can’t be adjusted to change settings. Overall overrated hotel and very pricy.
