The location is perfect!! Walkable distance to all attractions. The light rail n subway station are access in 5 mins. Will definitely stay again on the next visit!

方便且時髦的飯店， 服務非常好， 但是清潔度需要提升， 到處可以看見很多棉絮， 洗澡時水會流到外面， 房間洗衣機有非常大噪音， 烘衣機也有問題， 反應之後換了房間。 員工非常有禮貌且服務快速。

地點很好，房間環境也很舒適。客房服務溝通感覺有些問題，一次前一晚說不需換房間，隔天中午突然說要換，導致我留下來打包下午行程必須先取消。再隔一天確認要換房間，打包完才說不需要換，來來回回影響心情、浪費時間，影響到排好的行程。不推薦給商務或是行程比較滿的人。

第一次到悉尼, 選擇了這家酒店，真的非常滿意。服務人員非常友善, 無論是前台接待員還是客房服務，他們都讓我感到受到重視和照顧。 房間很大, 而且乾淨舒適。另外, 很有驚喜的準備了一瓶香檳作為welcome drinks 。酒店的地理位置非常方便, 交通便利, 過對面馬路已經是車站, 去哪裡都很方便。 這次酒店住宿是一個非常愉快的經歷, 期待有機會再次入住。

Close to train station, very convenient. Walking distance to all spots, good in value, recommend to all.

We really loved how close it was to the trains and light rails. There are many fantastic bars around the area including the one inside the hotel. We had a few issues with things not being provided but contact with curators were easy.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great clean, modern hotel in walking distance of all the attractions in downtown Sydney.

Property is extremely old and in need of a serious renovation. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment. Bathroom was rediculously small with extreme mold.

Bed is comfortable. The coffee machine was missing a part and not set up to work (ie safety plastic not yet removed) but the staff were lovely & replaced it. The blinds and curtains are really frustrating to work out. They are at most entertaining but yes frustrating.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating.

Beautiful property and experience

We did have a lovely stay but our bathroom sink was blocked. We did inform reception twice but it wasn’t fixed.

I think it wasn't worth the price we paid and didn't include breakfast. Our room faced onto a noisy street and we couldn't get the room dark enough so was bothered by the street lights outside. It was nothing special.

Very good but difficult to find with the road works outside the hotel.

Comfortable, quiet and so close to different public transport options. Very close to the mall, Chinatown, Capitol theatre and Circular Quay. All are walking or public transport away. Staff are friendly and helpful. I did do a bit of floor elevator hoping but its good after someone explains how it works.

Great location. Top floor bar is ace. Rooms are very nice. Gym a little small and underwhelming.

It’s easy to get to the major sightseeing spots. It’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The bed and pillows are the best. One of the softest and cleanest. Housekeeping is also good. Location is near Wynyard train station and 7 mins walk to Martin metro. The service can be improved. reception st the ground floor is grumpy and cold though. I was there on Sunday13/7 and the lady literally just stared at the guest. No greetings no smile. The lobby at entrance is small and tight. Please note there’s a metro construction next to hotel ! The noise is really loud and my friends staying at level 8 could hear it but they are not able to change the room.
