Price was very cheap which worried me but the quality was very high. Clean rooms, good wifi, good bed and home cooked eggs and bacon breakfast was perfect. Thank you. We will stay here again.

The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible attitude and very, very poor housing experience

The room was quite clean except for the towels. One of them had a sticky substance on it, hopefully it was chewing gum.
Also the tap in the bathroom was damaged and when I tried to report it to reception they weren't interested.

We have stayed at a number of properties in NSW, SA and Victoria during our current trip and this rates as the best motel we have stayed in. As a result of this motel we are planning our next trip to Geelong only. The guy at reception was extremely helpful and when we asked if we could change our room to a ground floor room, he obliged but also gave us a room upgrade and at no extra cost. Highly recommend this motel.

Room was very clean, good sized TV, easy parking, I had gotten there abit early and was able to check in early. Staff were friendly. I had the breakfast there once before check out and that was good. Close walk to South Geelong station. Would certainly stay here again.
