I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the terrace, especially of the city skyline—it was truly breathtaking. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. Additionally, the hotel provided a full range of amenities, including shampoo and other essentials, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location was also convenient, with a tram station and supermarket just a 2-3 minute walk away. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Fantastic position, great views of the marina! Apartment could do with a little revamp but was clean & just missing tv’s in the rooms, apart from that it was a great stay 😊

I had a very poor experience at the other hotel "Punthill Manhanttan" on Flinders lane and quickly try to find another apartment to continue my journey. Yes, the view is very good, but the condition of the flat is so poor, smell in the room like hasn't been used up for long time, stocking from previous user (I guess) hanging on the lamp, most of the light bulbs were not working! Everywhere is so dusty! Gosh, these two hotels gave me very poor impression of Melbourne! Will never come again!
