房間空間明顯不夠但卻用衣櫃做了間隔，電水煲位置根本沒有電掣，床頭電掣在地下，所有使用位置都很不方便，根本就係夾硬用一間雙人房放咗三張床瞓四個人，價錢又唔係平，相片與現實不符，相片是企缸，但係我住的是浴缸，成間酒店都很久，錦綉很差

Room very old and water pressure was terrible for shower.

住四晚都沒有人清潔房間，check in 時告知不是每日清潔，我們住4天，可以幫我們安排 middle of day 一天清潔, 但結果一天都沒有清潔， 查問receiption，她們返說因為我們沒有通知她們清潔，所以她們沒有安排，因為她們是外判找人回來清潔。

感覺很舊，浴室氣孔有千年塵封，洗手水喉況似就脱落，住4晚只有一晚執房，過了3晚還未見執房，原來還要你先通知前枱才會有人來！前枱服務員是有禮貌的！

Couldnt fault anything

no cleaners or room service for all 3 nights we stayed, barely any products supplied with the room (shower products), 2/3 elevators out of service our whole stay, remaining one also went down for a portion of a day. have to pay extra for parking, lot was full our first night and we had to stay on the street. It was public holiday so we at least had free parking. room was decent, everything is definitely outdated inside the room and out. good for a cheap stay though.

Good location but no good parking option. Noisy room with washroom fan on. Lift broken down and 1 of 3 working most of time

Nice, spacious room - good price for Hobart CBD. Everything is walkable.

Staff very helpful and the room very clean The hotel is in very central location and within walking distance of most main attractions

So noisy, could hear the people above us, all the noise from the street. When we checked in and went to our room, someone was already in that room. We then got allocated another (better) room. Staff were very nice but would never stay there again.

Clean room with all amenities and great views of north Hobart. Service good too - friendly, responsive staff from reception to room cleaning/set up.

The room was underconstruction. decoration was terrible.

Room was extremely small. Not really suitable for 2 people. Nowhere to place luggage. Open toiletries were in the bathroom cabinets. Shelving in room was dusty/not cleaned recently. Disappointing.

Nice and friendly staff really helpful. We spent a week in the family room. Kids are happy during the stay. Only thing to be aware is the aircon units outside the hotel on the roof was bit of noisy one night.

Good clean hotel near centre of town, walkable distance to most thingß (shops, museum, GPO etc). Usually best-priced of city centre hotels.
