very nice hotel with everything you need - free parking, laundry service, basic amenities… plus friendly staff! And not to mention there are quite many restaurants around. We had a pleasant stay.

Great! Good for the value! My mum and I particularly like the kitchen, the warming lights in the bathroom and the location. 5-min walk to two big supermarkets and a few restaurants.
It’s clean, spacious and quite too. Definitely recommend to others who are traveling to Hobart!

Highly recommend this lovely property for its tidiness and many other plus which worth the price.
Location: the property is in the vicinity of city centre, free of heavy traffic but still have good access to the central. A large Woolworth supermarket is accessible by walking.
Kitchen: the two gas stoves were a bit tiny but didn’t hinder us from cooking. Cutlery and cooking utensils are fully-equipped.
Restroom: a spacious, newly renovated shower room with bathtub is the highlight of the apartment.
Bedroom: the bedding wasn’t the most comfortable but it go down with us for the price we’ve paid. Separate bedrooms both in the attic are both adorable.

The good things are the motel is pretty close to the supermarkets and a amazing italian restaurant, just a few minutes walking distance. However, if there is hot water or warm water in the bathroom at night is much appreciated since when I turned on the shower for 20mins at about 1900, but still no hot water, even I tried in the mid night again. The staff, she kept asking anyone bathed yet, it may take an hour to have hot water if that is a case and claimed the water is not freezing. I can assure that if that is case, your motel may be overestimate capacity for guests.
Anyway, the room is clean and fit with the photo description.

The hotel is the old-fashioned apartment. Although the hotel is obviously of some history, it is clean and tidy as shown in the photos listed on Hotels.com. There is an open kitchen, yet it is lack of utensils or cookware (it is not a problem to us since there are plenty of nice restaurants in Hobart).
The hotel offers free parking space right as well.

Great! Good for the value! My mum and I particularly like the kitchen, the warming lights in the bathroom and the location. 5-min walk to two big supermarkets and a few restaurants.
It’s clean, spacious and quite too. Definitely recommend to others who are traveling to Hobart!

Easy to locate in Sandy Bay, ~ 3 to 5 mins drive to Hobart CBD. Supermarket and restaurant within walking distance to the hotel. Our room has 2 storey and 2 separate rooms. Kitchen with necessary cultery. Microwave is a/v and heater a/v。Free parking just outside the room

本租了四晚兩房的單位，第一晚已發覺有少量的蟻在餐檯旁，已決定不放任何東西在枱上，怎料第二晚外出回去時，發覺有長長的蟻龍在門口和枱旁，結果職員在要求下，幫我們換房，剛巧全旅店1客滿，職員幫我們當晚轉去鄰近較新型和四星的旅館，給了我們兩間雙人房，安排十分快速和妥當，最後兩晚就回到伍爾默斯另一間分樓上樓下的兩房單位，這房較清潔，沒有任何小動物。
在地點來說，十分接受 city, 附近有 Coles 和 Woolworths 兩間超市，有唐人餐廳和店舖，免費車位，加上 WiFi 速度不錯，是值得推介的旅店。
