小孩看電視不知按到什麼，退房時竟要繳澳幤約快90元，櫃檯説是看影片，覺得很無理，需要自費電視台應上鎖，顧客有需求再去櫃檯要求解鎖，不應開放讓小孩隨手可以看到，至於看什麼影片需付費，到現在我還是有疑問？我住了28天，每天小孩看電視我都在，都是看卡通而已，這家飯店有故意欺騙顧客的嫌疑，心中感覺被欺騙，以後我不會再去住了⋯⋯

Room is very clean and kitchenware is enough for cooking. We are happy to stay besides a bit noisy at night and in the early morning. We stayed at a room in the 3rd floor, which is next to the busy road, we heard sound from a truck uploading and unloading around 6 in the morning. We did not request for changing room as we have to wake up a bit early in days we stayed. If you have to concern about sound, please make note at the time of booking and check with reception at the time of check-in.

convenient location- near to beach and big shopping malls

飯店大廳並無免費無線網路!! 但飯店地理位置很好，鄰近購物中心、公車站、輕軌車站，房間內的設施齊全且乾淨。 整體而言是不錯的住宿體驗~

the place is quite large for a single person but much more value for money than a regular hotel. the bel air is also very well located within the gc being about 15 min away from surfer’s paradise and a 5 min walk away from the pacific fair mall and is even located directly opposite a tram stop and bus terminal stop: which made it easy to get around or to the brisbane gc trainline to go back and forth between the gc and brisbane. there was some odd choices with the apartment: such has oddly placed wall sockets (you will def need an extension chord to plug items like your laptop and phone in by the table or bedside. the bathroom’s shower “door” is also weirdly position that makes it difficult to test the water temp while trying to manage the water flow and very surprisingly had no anti slip mats. kitchen is fully equipped but had no cups or plates or utensils. the position of the wifi router also made the wifi connectivity poor within the bed room. all these sound like nitpicks but they do affect the quality of the experience and to the staff’s credit they were VERY receptive to my feedback and were quick to respond by bringing me what i requested like a pair of mugs and extension chords. hopefully they address the issues i raised with then wrt to the wifi router and the bathroom for future guests but i will def try to stay at the bel air again should i return to the gc for another trip!

They were doing renovations on the building across the road and they put me into a noisy room

the property was all that we expected, very friendly and helpful staff.

Unfortunately there was noisy construction works below our room at 11pm. Not good after being up since 3am for our early flight. While the property has no control over this we could have been warned beforehand that this was happening

Our stay at the BelAir was amazing. Was great to have the tram across the road which made travelling to surfers so much easier. we will definitely be going back.

Great, central place to stay. Complex has some flair compared to other high rise accommodation.

Clean and spacious

Close to Pacific Fair and public transport. Indoor pool was good during our winter stay.

Stayed for 5 nights and had a nice time. The hotel resort was good with a nice pool/spa area and small gym. Reception was friendly and helpful. Our 1 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable but a bit dated. Exhaust fan in the bathroom ran constantly but didn’t bother us. A good value stay.

Loved our stay at Bel air, great size apartment with nice ocean view, clean, tidy and very comfy bed. Across the road from Pacific Fair and an easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again

The apartment was spacious, clean and accessible to the Pacific Fair shopping complex. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly.

Location and views were great. Carpet and unit were very dated. Strange smell when we checked in but dissipated after a day. Good space.
