check in的時候拿了我的passport忘記還給我，發現了就只是隨手放在服務櫃檯沒有主動聯絡我，一直等到幾個小時之後我去問他們才交還

Location is close CBD. Room is tidy and clean. Staff are helpful as well. Just the tv is not working. Everything is perfect!

離車站近，穿過一個公園很快就會看到。 在hotels.com訂完之後，是先扣一晚的錢，其他要在現場付，還有需要付押金(記得是二十塊)退房鑰匙沒用丟或其他問題會退 八人房很大！插座有延長線可以用 二樓廁所、淋浴、洗手台都是三個，剛好沒遇到要等，有吹風機可以用 早餐的吐司滿難吃的哈哈哈哈哈，但是免費的就別挑了，可以自己準備食物

属于青年旅舍，床铺还算干净整洁，毛巾也会换。早餐简单，好在酒店提供锅碗、油等物品，自己可以到附近超市买东西自己做，还是很不错的。门前的公交去哪里都比较方便。

A little bit small, but full facilities, clean, very great location - easy to get anywhere, and very friendly staff. I slept very well every night there. 😊

Good location, friendly staffs. But be in mind that it’s an old building, sound isolation is not very good and facilities are a bit old.

有電梯、用餐時間1樓很熱鬧、若離峰時間煮餐會更方便。旅館內及附近都有洗衣店。六人房內有提供衣架,自備牙刷牙膏。廁所內有供應衛生紙。

在悉尼機場乘搭三十分鐘的士，約五十五澳元便到達。位置不錯，清潔滿意，客房尚算寧靜舒適，員工親切友善，整體不錯。早餐一般，但可以自行煮食，自己在附近超市買食物煮，可滿足不同人士口味。交通方便，

靠近中央車站, 搭火車去機場很方便, 接待人員很和善, 但廚房太小了, 晚餐時間一堆人擠在廚房煮東西感到很擁擠, 用餐空間也太小.

我是住兩人房，跟另一個朋友，房間對我們來說夠大且明亮，員工很願意幫忙，有廚房所以非常方便，大家都很遵守規矩，我會願意再來一次。

離中央車站步行約10分鐘。房間整齊、乾淨。廚房設施完備，櫃檯人員會定時來做清潔跟檢查。房客也很自律，在廚房或交誼廳，大多安靜看書或小聲交談，讓人覺得互相尊重及回到家的放鬆感覺。早餐提供吐司，搭配4種抹醬、4種cereals、咖啡、茶、牛奶等！值得推薦！

Recommendable. Stayed 2 nights for an ensuite room, breakfast included, surely worthwhile with its price. A backpacker hotel but you could find all you need here. All staff were very friendly and helpful. 10 minutes walk to the central station.

I stayed with Big Hostel for 2 nights in 4-bed ensuite room. The room space is acceptable but the bed is a bit narrow. Free breakfast is included but no free wifi in the room. The communal kitchen and area are quite large. The location is good enough to everywhere like Central station, supermarket. The best part of Big Hostel is the staff in reception desk. They are willing and ready to help you if you have any questions. The hostel even provides map to better guide you in directions and bus route. I got a message from travel agent asking to call back for confirmation. The staff made the phone call for me too. Their good services made my stay with Big Hostel a nice accomodation experience. So I am sure to come back next time.

great location, clean facilities and good to have breakfast! It'd be even greater if we can have wifi in the rooms.

優點: 很安全, 即使夜晚也不會有閑雜人在門口閒聊, 整座建築物都係hostel, 有, 不應該搬行李。 房間算乾淨, 空間算寬敞, 有衣架, 毛巾 缺點: 房間設備簡陋, 請自備水杯, 沖涼液, 缺乏室內雪櫃, 只有一個枕頭很偏平。 但整體算很好, 接近3星酒店規格, 性價比超值
