Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Reception hours are 10 AM-2 PM on Sundays and Public Holidays. Check-in for this property is based at a different location, Level 2, of the retail area of Circle on Cavill - 9 Ferny Ave, Surfers Paradise at the Beachcomber Resort building.
