Great central location and the perfect base for our trip to Launceston. Comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff were friendly. We will stay again next time we visit Launceston.

The property location was perfect for my needs (business). The car park is a little challenging for lower hire cars, but not able to be rectified. The room was large and clean, and comfortable. The only feedback would be the sensor kept turning off air con during the night as it was placed where it was unable to see any movement. Chilly!

山型城市、酒店在較高位置，只宜自駕遊入住。食肆較遠，不方便。門鎖殘舊，房內亦無任何防盗設施，5人的家庭房空間細，行李箱也沒位置打開。第4及5位家庭成員已沒有熱水沖涼，接待處8時已沒有職員幫忙。等待了兩個小時也沒有熱水，這次體驗太可怕。

we are five people live in one room apartment and there are only one toilet and there are no hot water come out after the third people finished shower. It mean the forth people go to take a shower is cold water. it was terrible experience. and we ask the reception and they don't have any change for us even we stay three days there. It was a bad experience for us.

Resident area, very quiet; just 1 min drive to CBD, free parking and free wifi available. Hotel staff are friendly to provide travel info and call to make reservation on our behalf. Spacious room though a bit old, but tidy and clean.

Very nice hotel. Close to CBD. Beautiful scene in a beautiful city. Some minor improvements are suggested: windows cannot be open and closed easily; pillow cases look dirty (not white but a bit yellow). As a whole, it is a good hotel and worth to stay.

I didn't like the room at all the bath tub was disgusting. Needs replacing bed was too hard. No mattress protector no spare pillows sugar was wet couldn't use it. Won't stay there anymore.

Very noisy rooms, doors slamming until late in the night, many people having conversations in carpark, and balcony outside the room, every tap leaked, shower tub badly scratched, and shower head dripped all night, no fan or ventilation in bathroom, so bathroom fully fogged up after a shower.. carpark is very steep, and your car will scrape going out.. staff friendly, and helpful, but i dont think i can recommend the rooms
