Comfortable room, decent room size. Only issue was the overflow of water from the shower, making the bathroom messy. There was times that the housekeeping forgot to take out trash or replenish box tissue, but these are minor issues

酒店位於市中心非常方便，唯一不便沒有停車位，要留車匙、取車要提早半小時通知，除此之外，整體很好，尤其是員工態度非常好！

If you drive a car, be careful to park in front of the hotel, its a very narrow one way drive. The concierge will help you move your car and grab it out from the car park when you need it. our rental car got hit after it was parked by the concierge in front of the hotel at the parking bay and still 6 weeks pass the insurance company still waiting for the third party response. Will not come back next time. Told the hotel claim team, the hotel don't have a cctv at the front door (when we ask they say they don't have), doesn't had a concierge at the front, the concierge desk is about 8 meter away from the entrance, during the morning peak hour about 9am no one at the front door either how would that do any good with the traffic at this narrow one way drive road. When i was talking to the hotel claim team and suggest this tVery disappoint with the IHG claim team says it's our responsibility

Great stop over in the city. Valet service is great. Staff are super friendly.

入り口がちょっとわかりにくいですが、4階のロビーからは広々とした空間で最近のモダンなレセプションエリアは旅のテンションが上がっていいですね！部屋も広くて設備やアメニティーも清潔感、使い勝手など申し分なく満足です。ベッドの寝心地は最高でした。低層階(7階)の窓から見える風景だけビジネスホテルレベルで特別感はなく星一つ減らしていますが、歩いて港まで10分程度なので観光でも十分楽しめました。周りにはレストランやカフェも多くタスマニアの豊かな食材を楽しむことが出来ました。

The bed was very comfortable. However, we find that the doona gets too hot and there are no other options. The food in the restaurant was very good.

Great hotel in the middle of Hobart city, very friendly staff and well appointed rooms.

Improve parking services for the guest.

Lovely hotel, twin double beds room was spacious, light filled and very nicely furnished, extremely comfortable beds. Room service was quick and the food delicious for both dinner and breakfast. Excellent position in the centre of Elizabeth Street shopping with valet parking. Highly recommended.

Awesome stay! Great rooms and restaurant. Hard to find the map kept taking us around the other side. Aside from that - amazing!

Clean and well equiped rooms. Easy access to shopping and walk distance to Hobart Wharf and pubs

The room was nice and the staff very friendly. When I extended my stay The staff were very accommodating and I didn’t have to change rooms.

Good location in CBD, easy walk to Salamanca marjets & restaurants, bit difficult to access by car just keep eye out for VIP parking sign out front. Breakfast was Good & staff all pleasant & helpful
