We have had an excellent experience staying in the hotel. Very nice view from the room and fabulous location. Friendly and helpful staff. High quality buffet breakfast of very good value too.

We had a great view of the city and the room was spacious and clean. Carpet has seen better days and the room gets a bit hot at night (not sure what was going on with the aircon); otherwise, all good. Will stay there again.

Rooms clean, very comfy bed and pillows. Great location for our 1 night stay. Staff pleasant. Easy to check in/out.

Staff were terrific! Thank you ! The location is perfect - so much is within walking distance or, if so inclined, to the trams. The rooms and hallways did need a bit of TLC. Carpets were stained and the room needed some colour. Nonetheless, the room was a great size, very comfortable, and the view was second to none. would I stay here again - absolutely!

On arrival staff at reception were so polite & helpful. Great vibe right from the get-go!! Very clean & smells amazing. The buffet breakfast was just wonderful & fresh. Can`t wait to come back & stay again. Did I mention how good the location is!!

First time at this hotel & couldn’t fault it. Amazing room with an amazing view, great location, beautiful & helpful staff, great food & great pool. Booked for one night but extended to two. Will definitely be back - thank you!

Nice room good breakfast

When we booked our room in advance I asked for a room with a view as it was my partners birthday. I was guaranteed a room with a view. Upon arrival and post checking in we entered our room. The curtains were opened and disappointingly our view was a grey cemented wall, extremely disappointed with this. Breakfast was amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Excellent facilities and staff. Room very clean and premium.
