Location to where we wanted to go excellent. Room not what we expected had only one chair making dining in difficult. Had tea and coffee but not even a biscuit.Confusing having to use two lifts to get to floor seven. Regards Barry

I was not told only rooms on low floors as I requested a high floor !we were on the second floor looking onto a building , horrible ! Staff very pleasant and good Excellent breakfast Anything you needed example a shower cap , extra tea , milk you had to ask and then get .
