Obviously apart from the location,after all the years of staying at different locations,this was the first time I didn't have to clean something 🙂 The pine cottage was totally spotless,an absolute pleasure.Credit to all involved.

Lovely people who manage the property. We booked a superior cabin expecting a washing machine/ dryer but wasn’t available. The cabin wasn’t what you would call superior but never mind we made the most of it . Beautiful Daylesford.

We booked a last minute cabin with our 2 children for 1 night. We arrived late & whilst the self check in kiosk was great, it didn't dispense our key. I had to call the out if hours number at 10pm which woke up the owner to get our cabin key. On opening the cabin we were almost knocked out by the disguising stench of sewerage. We had to keep the bathroom door closed all night with the fan on just to sleep. Had it not have been so late at night we would have requested a refund & gone sonewhere else. Everything in the cabin was cheap & nasty. The couch was extremely umcomfortable & the beds hard as a rock. For the premium price paid this park is extremely disappointing.

The Camelia Cabin was small for three people but we managed okay. Both John and Annemarie were very hospitable. Although they are relatively newish running the park, they did a great job looking after their guests.

The cabin was rundown and needed a little attention. There were no bathroom facilities in our cabin which wasn’t clear when we booked. Our dtay was overpriced for the condition of the cabin we were in.

When booking through wotif was not informed that the cabin had no ensuit . The showers were very poor with poor water pressure. We had no power when we arrived but was turned on shortly after arrival but came back last the next day to find that the power had been turned back off so the cabin was freezing cold.

Cabin was a bit old and run down compared to other Parks especially ones that are Members of the Discovery & Big 4 group.
Receptionist was very friendly and helpful but generally Cabin needed an upgrade and a good cleaning.
