夫利特街飯店

地點非常好的公寓式飯店，臨近博物館、美術館、文化中心，適合親子住宿。唯臨近火車站，晚上不好眠的要考慮，整體感覺良好。

對於家庭旅遊來說省錢又有高品質的享受他的地點非常好，房間非常乾淨，

Clean and tidy environment The reception’s Staff is helpful and friendly

We checked in about half an hour before the front desk closed. We informed the receptionist several blood marks on the bed sheets without letting her know double or single bed sheets. She went to bring us new double bed sheets but needed to have another trip to bring us single bed sheets after office hour. We then got rid of a crawling cockroach. We were lucky that we had 2 bathrooms because the guest shower was difficult to adjust the temperature and it was too slow to wash properly.

Bad environment, site building from 6am, very noisy. The floor & carpets are very dirty. Security are the main issue, no security lock from car park to the floor

There was everything in the apartment that was need it was nice and clean

We were impressed with the city views and balcony area, size of the apartment and proximity to areas we wanted to visit. However, the room had a very bad sewerage/drain smell which didn’t seem to dissipate during the stay. The car park entry is 2.1m but the actual carpark we were given did not fit a larger car in it due to the limited underground parking areas. The apartment was very noisy with city and train noises all night long, which is understandable for the location but if you do not like too much noise, I would suggest looking somewhere else.

Awesome place to stay

Shower handle kept falling down. No light in the shower. Air cons were filthy and couldnt be used as they emitted a foul smell.

Staff were AWESOME and ‘most helpful & accommodating’!!! Common areas require much more attention!!! Poorly appointed but good general common facilities (rooftop space). Noisy with Sth Bne Train Station (high pitch frequency on curves.. hopefully resolved for Olympics)!

The parking was an issue - anything bigger than a small car and there’s problems. The TV had no reception, the DVD player was missing its HDMI cable and remote so couldn’t use that either. The cleanliness could have been better- mould around the shower, the couch had clothes and food in the sides. The location was handy though.

Reception was messy and uninviting. Carpark is horrendous (way to tight) Hallways and lifts were smelly/dirty. Room was in a tired condition and smelt of cigarette smoke.

Everything was fine, it suited us. A bonus was we got to check in earlier, thanks Fleet Lane Apartments.

Everything was excellent

The bathroom floor around the shower & in the shower has a lot of mould!! The shower door leaks hence there is mould around the shower base! Very basic furniture almost looked like it came from the opp shop! Spare bed was very uncomfortable! Convenient stay for one night!

Very noisy with the train line right next door. Even with doors and windows closed it was very noisy.
