Property was filthy dirty shower disgusting pillows yellow, they would not replace it stated don’t have any more.left after 1 night as I was booked for 2 need to get refund but no one is there or answering phones. Drug deals fights make standing at my door at 6am collecting cigarettes buts out of ashtrays , extremely scary night did not feel safe at all . Disgusting motel would not recommend it at all .

Room was cold, so hard to get to sleep. No microwave oven. Needs more path from car to room (room 4) to avoid having to walk across dirt path. Had to ask for milk. No biscuits!

The owner was friendly and helpful with directions. The staff/cleaners were very helpful, polite and accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel.

A very average motel in need of repairs. No towel rack in bathroom, slope of bathroom meant water ran out into living area. Freezer in small fridge completely iced over taking up half of fridge space. Lamp shade in tatters, bedside table filthy and sticky. People allowed to smoke on balcony outside rooms so smoke constantly drifting in. On positive side, reception staff incredibly friendly and helpful, and rooms are cheap, and hotel convenient if you need to be in Footscray area. With new hospital opening around corner, some investment in upgrades would yield a quick return for sure.

Very run down property, time for a revamp

The photos shown online do not match the reality of the property. The large reception and dining area are no longer used. Units are tired, especially bathrooms. No shower caddy or soap dish to put anything on. Was given a hairdryer when asked. Did some laundry which was very reasonably priced but room was very shabby. Staff at reception were excellent and always helpful. Footscray is an interesting ethnic area. Very close to central Melb and 20 min walk to train station. Quite different eating options. Well worth a try.

Rooms neat tidy clean and good size

The night I stayed was very cold and there were no additional blankets available. Just a thin fleece blanket was provided on the bed. The toilet roll holder was broken and there was no soap holder or shelf in the shower. Cleanliness was average.

Nice friendly staff and got a free room upgrade

i wanted to book near the eateries and shopping... location was perfect... the only thing... no cutlery... and cupboard was abit run down and not as clean... having said that, it was good overall.. Recommended

Perfect location to get into Melbourne CBD.. Tram stop outside hotel that drops you at Footscray rail station.

The price is good value, check in was simple and the room itself was fine. Nothing amazing but decent for a short stay. Would say the area is not the nicest or quietest though.

Good location for football the adjacent university and my trip. Footscray tram out front to the city great open space parking Comfortable bed and couch in spacious room. New AC Needs better cleaning in shower base and taps all dripped. Easy to fix Doors are not great at blocking sounds of others outside not glamorous but I'd base myself here again

The door to room 9 was jammed and hard to open. The AC was not working and no blanket was available in the room so it was cold at night. Also there was no soap holder in the shower.

Always get a very decent bed and shower here at a very reasonable price, with a tram out the front door, rail only minutes away, and the restaurants of Footscray.

Staff were very helpful.

Excellent accommodation, handy to walk to eateries. Good location. Tram nearby.
