We were totally satisfied with our two night stay at the Golden Leaf motel. Our room was quite large, the bed mattress and linen was first class and super comfortable, the electric blankets were most appreciated, the RC air con worked fine and the bathroom was roomy and well appointed.
Next time we're come to Myrtleford with our bikes we will utilise the bike lockup that was another valuable bonus of the motel.

Perfectly located for cyclists. Bike cage to secure bike. Happy to store my panniers earlier than my arrival and after my departure and also did that for my companions not staying at the motel for half a day. This allowed a car to transport bags uphill to Beechworth

Perfect stay for budget trip to skiing at Falls Creek or Mt Hotham. Have personally stayed here several times over more than 10 years and never been disappointed. The decor may not be to everyone’s liking, however the comfort, quietness and cleanliness cannot be faulted.

Black mold in the bathroom that made the room smell musty. Our clothes were contaminated with the smell. Not safe for humans unless thoroughly cleaned and properly ventilated
