Lovely staff, delicious food downstairs.
Rooms are tidy and the bathroom is kept clean.
We stopped here to break up a trip and it was perfect. Had food, drinks and accommodation in the same spot. Check in was easy

Great pub, good layout, live music, good rooms comfortable bed - shared bathrooms are in comfortable and modern - though in the mens - no mirrors and toilet roll holders missing - some minor repairs required

The hotel people didn't opened the doors for me. I called them many times but they didn't packed up my calls.
Please don't book this hotel. They are cheaters. Yesterday i lost my money.

Close to shops, transport and food. Safe car park. But smelly hallway and toilets. Toilets not always clean. Shower hot water doesn't heat up, cold showers. Bed linen had urine stains, and bugs in the room. When squished blood came out. Horrible. Room ceiling light unclean.

The room was nice but had some graffiti in the closet and a couple of stains on the bedhead. The shared bathroom was well maintained and quite clean.

Was greet with a strong scent of drugs and noise, had to get security. Did not expect music to continue until 4am very little sleep, would have been nice to be informed of this before paying. Will not be recommending to anyone

There is no sound insulation in the room .all night the music being played in the pub downstairs could be heard in the room.

The room was not as displayed in wotif. Perth rooms displayed. People smoking in other rooms. Toilet paper not in shared toilet in the morning. Beds uncomfortable. Cigarette butts on staircase and entry hall. Butts on window ledge. Disappointed. Staff friendly.

No kitchen facilities, only jug, noisey, 5 nights with a few hours sleep isn’t good. Smoking through out the building. Bathroom dirty at times. Advantages close to trains
