Clean rooms with King sized comfortable bed, much appreciated the upgrade to harbour view. Breakfast buffet was delicious with perfect coffee from the machine.

Hallways outdated and smell damp. Room’s smelt damp too. Unsure if aircon needs flushed? Shower drain may need cleared as the bathroom floor basically floods with water very quickly. Room bins also weren’t emptied, had previous guest luggage tags still there, just places doubt on everything else. Bed was comfy, staff were lovely.

Parking was good found a spot every time,
Air conditioning was ok , only thing you couldn’t regulate it yourself was preset, room was cleaned and tidied everyday , staff were helpful and friendly.

Yes the aircon worked well! The parking was safe!! It’s one of Darwin oldest hotels and feel it need to be upgraded.

Poor quality mattress, dirty floor in room, reception staff were apathetic. My air conditioning kept my room very humid and uncomfortable and no hot water in the shower or sink.

Good rooms and facilities, restaurant closes at 8pm but you can order food to take up to your room. Breakfast buffet was good also. Would stay here again. Thanks Hilton Garden Inn Darwin!
